I am a hobby aquarist. Carpeting plants require direct injection of CO2 to thrive, else they die out quickly.

There are also CO2 fixing bacteria. Cyanobacteria, green algae and diatoms use CO2 to grow and help regulate levels. This is why the ocean processes the most CO2 by a large margin over the entire plant. This is the case for both fresh and salt water.
If you inject CO2 into an aquarium, and don't have a plant load that can handle it, these organisms thrive. You get algae blooms, cyanobacteria blooms and cloudy tank surfaces covered in diatoms.
This blue-green algae is dangerous to plant and animal life. It kills plants by covering them and denying photosynthesis, and then their lack of oxygenation kills the animals.
Nutrient imbalances can also cause these to thrive, like excess ammonia. This burns plants and the gills of fish. This causes them to die, and release more ammonia. They also are highly efficient, and take all the oxygen from the water. Then they die, releasing more ammonia.
Cyanobacteria fix CO2 twice as fast as plants, and double in number every 3 hours.
Without plants to out compete these other factors, the tank dies and turns into a green sludge.

So, on to my theory because in writing this the evidence is all there, to me.
The only way to ensure both secrecy, security, and consensus on the matters of the grand jury indictments is Q with a touch of supercomputer to monitor web traffic, discussions and the opinions of anons who have reviewed the unclassified evidence.
If a quorum can be achieved by a majority of at least 16, the indictment stands. There are plenty who discount Q drops openly, even some who have reviewed as much evidence as we anons. However, reviewing their emails, search history, messages and discussions will likely support the quorum recommending an indictment despite their public statements.
We have a 4th Amendment, but during times of war and under Presidential orders like a PEAD this may not be the case. The United States faces existential threat. They won't fight us on our own terms. A large enough portion of the potential defendants are known for allegedly disappearing their accusers, jurors, etc. The rest are in bed with those people, allegedly.
So, it may be possible that we are the grand jury. Our search histories, our conversations, our traffic can be unmasked. It can be done so in a way that even Congress would not be aware.
