A "third" DNA strand is not needed. Viruses are already genetically imprinted on our DNA. That DNA is believed to be inactive/active depending on the paper you read.
Making it active, and playing with it, is not beyond the possible.

stating...144,000 "choosen"...the entire piece is filled the combination of a ancient man trying to explain the modern day as revealed to him by God...but with key points that resonate today, and confirmation of writtings of the old testament prophet's.

Only source I found was that "Jesusfreak" read an article in 2000 by reader's digest in an interview with Francis Crick (one of the major contributors to the DNA model), were he claimed they had discovered 140,000 genomes and expected to find 4,000 more. Well, I looked for that article for hours and came back empty handed. If someone smarter than me can find it, it would sure paint a more complete picture.

By OP's logic, the math doesn't break down till 2024. 2023 still divides out to that number.
