The sticky point is that Venezuela won't take them back, and the prison that they are going to in El Salvador is brutal. They're reasoning is, if one innocent ends up there, it is an injustice. I sort of see their point a little bit. I say give them life jackets and parachutes and drop lifeboats and drop the whole mess all off the coast of Venezuela. Whether they want them or not.

Their strategy is to slow down the deportations. They are already running out of room to hold them. Next they will try some way to get every other illegal a fair hearing too. 20 million court cases will take 50 years to get done.
