I am in favor of a Constitutional Amendment recognizing the right of the individual to own property.

I think that resolves the Fee Simple system, property tax, Eminent Domain, and anything else.

I would love to see a Constitutional Amendment recognizing the right of the individual to own property, and that the government is prohibited from taking that property from citizens under any circumstances.

Then challenge state property taxes at the Federal level, and nullify any Eminent Domain laws.

Not nearly scared enough.

They are doubling down on their evil rather than scurrying away from the light like the cockroaches they are.

No, not really. It will just be a lot cleaner and quicker if he gets election.

I, for one, will not go quietly into the good Utopian night.

The problem with the bare shoulder look on that particular person is you KNOW they're not wearing padded shoulders.

The entire medical industry needs to be regulated into a non-profit status. The boards and CEOs (former and present) need to be held liable for damages.

All anti-indemnification laws (with the SOLE exception of Good Samaritan laws) need to be outlawed.

Again, though "liberating" them in WWII might have been a mistake.

Please post a link to the actual poll. I've been looking for it on and off all day.

Burning the flag is protected speech. I will make exceptions for foreign nationals.

Therefore, I propose a wave of patriotism wherein

A) All illegal invaders are evicted from our nation

B) Any foreign national here legally who burns the US flag has their visa immediately revoked as a subversive, no appeal.

and

C) Anyone who dares to burn a US flag in public should get a royal beating by any citizens nearby, though I would find pine tar and feathers along with being ridden out of town on a rail equally acceptable

If you don't love my Constitution you are free to leave my nation.

Obviously C) is optional, and written in anger.

How about we eliminate birthright citizenship and if you want to be a citizen you get naturalized.

I'll go you one better. If you have had dual citizenship any time after your majority (i.e. 18th birthday) you should be ineligible for any public office due to conflict of interest.

She makes an interesting point that if our tax dollars paid for those patents then they do NOT belong to the companies in question.

If.

I have a better solution, regardless. If the Federal Gooberment must intervene (and I think they should in this case) all medical goods and medical service provider must immediately become not for profit, or non-profit.

For years these idiots whined that Republicans were in their bedroom, and they wanted them out.

They got what they wanted, then moved their bedroom into main street. Bunch of attention whores.

And now we see, first hand, the reasons for God despising homosexuality.

Well just shorten it to Semen Walz. That covers the horse and the stolen valor.

Based on the amount of Fentanyl in his system, St. George was a dead man walking before Chauvin came along.

Not the first time Floyd had OD'd on Fentanyl either...

It is impossible to change a person's opinion by reason, when the opinion was not acquired through reason to begin with.
