I heard that on X22 tonight. Dave also said there is something in there too about not being able to challenge elections.

I bet he will appeal. The AZ MAGA candidates are showing a fighting spirit.

The judge was a joke. One of her reasons for dismissal was based on cases in 1986 and 1982. But these were overruled by stature in 2020. I find it hard to believe that she did not know that.

Agree. I listen to that too. But it's really to hear Kyle.

I'm wondering if Joe Biden exists. These basements people are weird.

(1) Behizy goes over this (long video - an hour) but it is so much legalese https://rumble.com/v21isui-kari-lake-court-win-the-george-show.html Count 2 has to do with the printers, tabulators and count 4 was chain of custody. (2) It was Lake's lawyers who withdrew the subpoena of Hobbs because the 2 counts that are going to trial have only to do with Maricopa County https://twitter.com/Garrett_Archer/status/1605314810974941184 (3) no because it was her lawyers (maybe they want to save time for their presentation) Behizy said that after reading the court case, he realized that judges are guided by so many precedents that allow for favoring an election. This is why it is so hard to go to trial over an election (rather than it being fraud). Agree that was a confusing article.

The lawyers for Hobbs et all are so self-assured. I actually listened to the whole Finchem trial. It almost seemed like the judge was classmates of the lawyers. These lawyers have become so accustomed to getting their way.
idk about the Governor-Elect title - guess that's because the votes are certified at this point.

Yes he is. He also sounds like a really nice, humble guy. He loves his cigars!

I am on winter break so I have the time. These long videos are packed. Have you even listed to Just Human on Rumble? He can go on for 3 hours but he reads so many important papers that I, truthfully, could not stand to read myself. He gives nice breaks where he gives his opinion and it helps to break it up.

Martin Armstrong has commented on this- https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/nature/california-earthquakes-2/ "It was the 1906 Earthquake that set in motion the Panic of 1907 since the insurance companies were in NYC and the claims were in California. It was JP Morgan who stepped up to save the banks in NY and that became the model for how the Federal Reserve was created with 13 branches to manage the regional capital flows that resulted in the financial crisis in the aftermath of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake which was a 7.7 on the Richter Scale."

That was a long but meaningful interview. I especially liked listening to what Dr. Breggin had to say (his interview is the last one of the of the group). He is a psychiatrist who was there for the lobotomies and electric shock treatments.

"Look through the NJ Election Law Enforcement Commission’s online campaign contribution database for “wind” and related search terms and you’ll see a long line of greedy state politicians who have already fed from the trough and sold you out, taking dollars left and right and then voted to supersede local town zoning laws that could have stopped this,” Kantitra said. “Luckily, there are a lot of local Mayors out there who refuse to take the grant monies, sponsorships and donations they’re constantly dangling In front of us to grease the skids.”"

I had to have my boiler fixed about a month ago. The young man who came to fix it told me he could have a new job tomorrow if he wanted it. It's the blue-collar jobs that are tight. He also did not have to get the vax. He said the company could not afford to lose any workers if there were people who would not take it.

Well there is one thing upon which I agree with the students - student fees. Colleges and universities use this trick. I do not know about private schools but public schools are limited in how much a percent they can raise tuition but they can indiscriminately raise student fees and even add new ones at any time. I read that in a few college handbooks.
