Locking the knees will get you every time. It’s a bad habit in the service community. You want to look extra sharp so you try to stand extra tall and then you lock them knees, and then within a minute or so you pass out. A normal person would walk around and bend their legs, but being in the position of attention you begin feeling dizzy snd then it’s lights out!!
