Vitamin C (L-ascorbic Acid).....D3....quercetin...zinc...and an aspirin..... I was taking this crap twice a day....when my smell and taste was starting to go on day 5 or 6 I started taking another zinc (50mg) in the middle of the day......took IVM for 5 days....my bad symptoms stopped immediately but felt foggy and angry for a few more days....
