Acting but not good acting. She is not smart enough to delivery a speech that was written for her. If you're speaking from the heart the words are coming out. I think she knew the speech, however I was trying to figure out if she had an earpiece with someone telling her what to say (I don't think so?) or if she just didn't have her lines memorized well enough. she paused, bounced, and stumbled in places she shouldn't have. Maybe it's the drugs.
She’s doing the “black voice” that middle class brown kids who grew up in the suburbs learned from movies and TV. Dave Chapelle does the “black voice” he learned on TV too (he grew up in a white suburb). Obama also does this voice he learned on TV. It’s super common. Honestly at this point I’m not even sure if that “black voice” was ever a real thing, or if Jewish People in Hollywood made it up and programmed it into them.
