There is always a way around these things, it just takes a bit of thought. At minimum a boycot can be effective in large enough numbers

Another one that sort of dovetails with that idea, which I obviously have no proof for was that there are tall skinny classic Grey aliens and the small short ones. The small short ones are apparently a bio robotic entity that is biological but not really alive as in doesn't have a soul. They serve and do the bidding of the tall Grey's..... just thought it was an interesting tidbits.

No offense, but that looks like cgi. Zoomed in exactly 2 seconds before the beam started. The swaying of the camera is robotic and exact side to side. The focus time after the zoom is precise.

If an atmospheric heater can heat a portion of the atmosphere as the name suggests, then I would think that absolutely a hurricane could b3 steered, strengthened or weakened.
While I am absolutely positive that weather manipulation happens via haarp, nexrad and other tech, we also have to remember the BP oil spill literally changed the ocean current in the gulf and could be contributing to the change in hurricane performance. Prior to the BP spill there was a gulf conveyor which cam up the coast of South and Central America, made a loop in the gulf then continued up the east coast. Since the spill that loop doesn't exist anymore, the conveyor bypasses the gulf and just goes straight up the coast.
I would be careful with just flat out saying it's weather manipulation.
That said, the dissipation of Milton as compared to the n Carolina hurricane is extremely odd so who knows...
I recognize the arguements of September clues, but still feel it is info that muddied the waters. Video trickery is much harder to prove and closer to tin foil hat than physical evidence.
There is plenty of evidence in a new pearl Harbour to prove conspiracy without having to resort to speculation and less provable theories posited In September clues.
When you consider the patent secrecy act or whatever its called where they can classify and keep secret patents deemed disruptive to the economy, I think you find your answer in there as to why energy and medical tech progress has appeared to slow and stall in the last 50 years.
Get some of those patents released and the world will change overnight, as mentioned in a different comment in this thread.
