I mean because Islam is a religion founded on war so that is probably why you don't choose to be white you do choose to be Muslim. 🤷‍♀️

I mean the Church never changed directions people schismed or fell into heresy. I go to what is the Church, the one I attend being the Coptic Orthodox Church which was founded by St. Mark. We don't do the flashy fire and brimstone preaching our Saints made things like St. Basil the Great who made the Basiliad which was a hospital for the sick and a community for others. The Church is known as a Hospital and God is the Great Physician we take those who are hurt, sick, and lost. Christ didn't come for those who were righteous but the sinners you don't need a doctor if you are well.

I absolutely love being Orthodox, I suffered so much, I struggle so much as well but the Church is there for me my priest is there for me, if it wasn't for the community and relationship I have I never would have stuck to being Christian. I am pushed every day by my priest to keep up my prayers, keep reading the Bible, and making sure I attend Divine Liturgy. All this ways are how my relationship with God grows by participating in a life with Him.

This website is probably the only reason I noticed it and my first thought was symbolism is their downfall.

I think it's a tactic to give the article credit like "These people are so crazy!" So they put something mundane you wouldn't think is an issue in there to add to it.

If you go to whatever denomination church you attend, let's say your Baptist, does that mean your pastor is a substitute Jesus? Your pastor makes all the decisions for that church does he not? He is seen as the head representation of it, is he not? So that must mean he is a substitute Jesus right?

Do you see how ridiculous your point you are trying to make when you are putting your own logic into it. No where have I mentioned anything about our priests, bishops, or even Pope being equal to Christ or whatever it is your trying to get at.

I am also not Catholic, while we do have a Pope and we are the first to use the word Pope to designate who we defer to for most of the decision the Pope is just another bishop and all our bishops must discuss any decisions being made. I am Coptic Orthodox. Our Pope is H.H. Pope Tawadros II.

I am not Protestant, and I don't expect you to understand the Orthodox faith, no where have I ever said I don't put my trust in Christ. You are assuming this based on whatever you have been taught about priests.

The point your trying to make about oil isn't the right point for this scenario. They see multiple families, multiple people, they go into others homes, for them they are trying to protect their children from if they catch a disease and spread it to them. Like I said they are not American born and they are priests their whole life is about servitude so they don't watch the media or spend time online their focus is God and taking care of us their Children.

Now there are some priests I know who are a little bit more smarter I guess you can say as they are American born and understand the deception from the media. They didn't buy into the whole vaccine nonsense. The Coptic Church doesn't force the priests to get vaccinated it leaves the decision up to the individual.

This video genuinely frightens me, my priest along with others who I consider close friends and people I look up to all too the vaccine. They did this when it first came out because they believed this is what would protect their children (us). My priest isn't American, he was born in Egypt as I am Coptic Orthodox, they came to America however. He is in the age range for heart issues from the vaccine and I have no idea which brand he took or if it matters. I don't know what I would do if he died, he has been there for me to help keep me mentally stable.

The thing is, I see this being true. When a person commits a crime for so long and they don't get caught they tend to start to be cocky about it.

It is not "catholic nonsense" it is used by the Orthodox church or also known as the Church and has been used even before the schisims that lead into the Roman Catholic and the Eastern Orthodox church. The unfortunate thing is the Protestant churches took away a lot from the Church they took away the substance of the Church in favor of something else.

I am Coptic Orthodox, Holy Water isn't just Catholic it is apostolic. We also use Holy Oil another one called the Oil of Gladness (I forget the Arabic word), Chrisim (think I spelled that right) and one called the Oil of the Catechumen.

Thanks, it looked weird to me but I thought it was just me.

Thank you, it wasn't easy at all and took a lot of work to get here. I definitely wouldn't be the way I am without my current priest, he helped push me to change and supported me a lot.

That is 100% accurate to how I think a lot of times and it sucks because it's like even sometimes hours later I regret my decision to cut them off and then want them back in my life. Thankfully over the last year I have been able to curb that behavior with just keeping it to my thoughts as I said feeling I just shouldn't be outspoken or speak anymore and not going out and saying "well I guess that's that then and we will never talk again".

I think for now I am going to leave it with what I said and in a week maybe reach out again to him.

I am for the most part off social media I think this week has been the most I have been on, all of September I was off was on a couple of times in October. I mostly use it to keep in contact with priest and a few others via messenger. I think over all it taught me a lesson that I should go back to how I was being away from it before.

Almost immediately after it happened I got onto my husband's account to reach out to him, I told him that I would delete what I said even going as far as to never comment on his posts that are political again. He responded with he didn't understand how I could believe Kyle is innocent when he killed three people cold blood and questioned me as a Christian. He said he had to think and pray about it. I even told him that if this is the decision (to block me) I wouldn't contact him every again and respect his decision.

The only things I said in the conversation was that he did what he did in self defense, I mentioned also about Ghislaine Maxwell and how this trial was pulling focus away from her and I think I also mentioned how one of the guys that died was a pedo.

Yeah I have gone back to cleaning the house and trying to distract my thoughts from what happened.

I don't think it's a conviction thing, like I said it might be my BPD playing into it, something I struggle with I get overly attached to people and if they reject me then I fall hard. If that makes sense (tried to make a simple explanation without babbling on about it).

I like your view on this, and maybe you are right. I am more mentally stable than when I had depended on him a great deal in the past. It still hurts a lot though 😞

If you live in Orlando I highly recommend Jenny Joseph, I haven't seen her in a few years but she delivered 3 out of 4 of my children.

Good thing this guy isn't the Pope and only just the bishop of Rome. H.H. Pope Tawadros II is the true Pope.

If it's the same one I have seen Biotech is behind it with I think Astrozenica I am not sure about the second one but I know for sure Biotech Because I thought, huh that's odd those are the same ones who helped Pfizer make the jab. We all talk about these other companies making money but what if Biotech is really behind it.
