I believe there are three shots but them being labeled and for the nurses and doctors to know about it...that sounds stupid. The people that know what’s up will bring their own saline shot. Now they may randomize the distribution of the “hot” shots so it doesn’t seem so obvious but to label it ...no way. Even a low level crook knows better than that.
Maybe it's disinformation so that when they are able to debunk the labels, they can throw out the theory of saline shots altogether. That seems to be a common tactic used to "debunk." It's like the Comet Ping Pong doesn't have a basement thing.

Depends on the dose of the UV. UV is radiation. Nucleic acids (DNA & RNA) aren't stable in high UV environments. Here in the US, many people report getting vax injured on the second shot, which leads me to believe they may have been sending fake shots to some places and real shots to other places. The fake shots are to make it seem safe and build the trust of the community.
