Yeah. Majority stockholder usually holds under 10%.
Over 10% is a 'controlling position' not allowed by most investment vehicles, ie mutual funds. Anti-Monopoly law I believe.
That's why Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway owns such little stakes in so many micro-cap companies. He says he would LOVE to own more of the small stuff, but he is capped out at the 9.99% level, on thousands of them, and cant go higher.
VERY simple.
Musk is a profiteer. Nothing wrong with that in a capitalist system. He is making a KILLING by avoiding being compromised by the deep state, but only playing for pay. Pure private position in a war machine.
Not playing for the Black Hats.
Plays for pay for the White Hats.
I am 100% behind this strategy.
We know we cant trust the deep sate, and that virtually ALL alphabet agencies are deep state at this point. So where does Spacex / NASA fit in?
Interestingly enough... NASA isnt the primary provider of USMil payloads for some time now. The USAF has been handling that (and presumably USSpF recently)
Good ole Titan Heavy-Lift Rockets are... USAF. I know its wiki, but my research on this was speculative, not exhaustive.
Do you still beat your wife?
And, you should be aware right now, that I don't care if I 'win' or 'lose' an argument with some stranger on an anonymous forum board.
You're WWWAAAAAYYYY more invested in this than I am. I wonder if you understand the ramifications of that simple truth.
yup
