I had to take down my sign. The people delivering packages would just drop them from high above instead of placing it down on the ground. Good thing these were Christmas gifts and my return window is until Jan.

Opt for no flouride at the dentist too. Pediatric dentist requires us to submit paperwork before our visit on what we want. Flouride, xrays, etc. At least it's not awkward anymore to say no to their face.

I stopped having digestive issues when I started milling my own flour and making my own bread. I now make all of my carbs. (bread, crackers, pasta) It's very much a chore but I feel better. Less bloating too. I used hard wheat, einkorn, durum for pasta, einkorn for tortillas.. Etc.

My daughter made the comment this past weekend at my Inlaws complaining how store bread is so sweet. Haha.
