How did she bomb that first question so badly, if she had the questions in advance? I’m not saying she didn’t, I’m just saying her answer was like she was on the wrong page of the script.

I said in multiple conversations after the debate that Independents/Undecideds are people who will vote for President Trump. They just don’t have the courage to admit it yet.

Here is my perspective:

This CR is not the Hill to die on. The most important thing between now and when this CR expires is the November 5th election.

Regardless of how this election turns out the reality is this CR is irrelevant. If President Trump and MAGA majorities are elected, then they can immediately focus on having a true budget. If we allow this election to be stolen then we’re all doomed.

I’m hoping a big part of this is intentionally staged drama, but I’m skeptical. Republicans are smart enough to pull that kind of thing off.

I think the optics of six or seven Republicans killing it would give cover to the Dems.

I’ll be glad when post 3387 comes to fruition and we finally see who are really patriots and who are really traitors. Right now I’m taking a trust no one approach to what is coming out of Washington.

I will say I would trade a six month CR if it achieves passage of the Save Act. Even if the CR goes down in flames it would be worth seeing the Dems voting to shutdown the government all because they oppose blocking non-citizens from voting.

I agree with you, we aren’t. My point is the “AwakenedOutlaw is implying Johnson is selling us out by pulling the bill. He really had no choice, six Congressmen from his caucus blocked it.

At this point, as much as I hate it I would trade a CR that expires in six months for passage of the Save Act. The Save Act could play a major role in seeing President Trump and MAGA majorities elected. The CR would then expire under their leadership.

My observation is the Left spends a lot of time and energy reassuring themselves. It is on constant display with the mockingbird pundits and you can see the same behavior with many leftist voters. They really spend no energy on reaching out to Independents, undecideds, and recent MAGA converts.

There are six Republicans refusing to vote for the bill and all Democrats oppose it because of the SAVE Act. It would take two of these Republicans to change their mind and vote yes, otherwise the bill will fail. This is why the bill was pulled.

Thanks for your insight, I think it is very spot on.

If the decisions were being made by her I would agree, her ego would drive her to ask for another debate.

But, we all know she isn’t making any decisions, she’s being controlled by people who are war gaming every step. They have kept her away from unscripted moments for nearly two months. They would only risk another debate because their internal polls, focus groups, and models are telling them she didn’t move the needle.

The Harris campaign would not be asking for another debate if they believed she won last night.

I forced myself to watch the debate and never felt for a moment President Trump appeared angry. If anything, I thought he seemed too reserved, but I realize his performance was aimed at undecided voters, not us.

And, we live in the 24 hour news cycle, in the blink of an eye yesterday will seem lime it was a year ago.

The most intriguing thing I think happened was President Trump saying Harris attempted to negotiate with Putin. I didn’t hear a solid denial from her on thar point. Instead she tried to pivot to her support for the puppet Zelensky.

There was a body cam video of Springfield police stopping a Haitian woman who was eating a dead cat. She looked totally out of it and seemed to have no English language skills whatsoever. I’ll see if I can find it.

I wish I could find a video from 2016 where a guy was explaining that regurgitating these types of numbers causes people to stop listening. The video was explaining the psychology of why then candidate Trump defeated his Republican primary opponents.

And, one of the primary reasons was Trump steered clear of the mind numbing number recitals and made his case at a visceral level.

I think the closest thing you will see is the C-Span poll. Only 27% of C-Span’s audience identifies as conservative, yet 67% of their poll’s respondents believe President Trump won the debate.

Are there really undecided voters anymore? Or, are there people who just lack the courage to admit who will get there vote?

I’m more inclined to believe it is the latter. Both candidates are an open book, both have records that far outweigh rhetoric. Everyone knows what they will get by voting for either candidate.

If someone is claiming to be undecided they either suffer from a massive case of cognitive dissonance, or, they just can’t publicly admit they are voting for President Trump. Why? Because it takes almost zero courage to say you’re voting Dem, but in many places it’s still taboo to admit you’re voting MAGA.

On point 2.B. Did she actually deny negotiating with Putin? I thought she totally avoided answering the question and neither confirmed or denied she did.

On point 5. it struck me that she didn’t butt in because it would mean she would have to go off script. She actually did a fair job regurgitating her scripted comments, but was severely disadvantaged by her inability to go off script.

We know he won decisively because the Harris campaign is already asking for a rematch. If they believed she won they would not be wanting a second debate.

I also want to throw in an additional observation. President Trump looked much younger than his age. Even his hair appeared to be styled differently and it made him look much younger.

It’s probably related to the person Eric Trump is talking about in this Truth post.

Biden had the absolute best cover story to avoid debates altogether. All he and his team had to say was Trump didn’t participate in the Republican Primary debates, we’re not debating him.

They could have even said the people have already seen us debate, they know both of us very well, there is no need for debates. Yet, instead of protecting their candidate, Biden was pushed into a debate prior to the Democrat Convention.

But, if the Biden ouster was a movie, it was DS directed to justify dumping Biden. The Trump team knew what was going on and decided the ensuing DNC actions would be to our advantage.

Is he really predicting or is he just another mockingbird? The guy says the economy favors Harris. The only way you believe the economy is good is if you ignore your own senses and believe what the DS is telling you.

My recollection is it came from a nature show clip that marveled at the tenacity of the centipede. I also seem to remember it started over on The Donald, then migrated over here.
