They must be preparing for an event that is over 7 years in the future. On average it takes 7.5 years for a proposed Constitutional Amendment to make it through both Houses of Congress and then get ratified by the States.

Most proposed Amendments expire before they are ratified.

Here’s the reality:

MAGA has to win a controlling majority in both Houses and elect President Trump. If that doesn’t happen we will never get spending under control. If that doesn’t happen all the rhetoric and posturing about responsible spending is meaningless.

That’s the point of this election. It’s not just to elect President Trump, we also have to elect MAGA majorities in both Houses. If the DS steals this election, everything Massie stands for will be lost for generations.

That grim reality makes me believe the original CR with the Save Act attached to it was something all Republicans should have supported. Instead 14 Republicans voted with the Dems to kill it.

It was a small bet to place in return for safeguarding the election. Then, if MAGA wins controlling majorities they would be able to enact a real budget in the first days of a new Trump Administration. Unfortunately we’re going into election season with the old rules still in place.

But, I continue to believe NCSWIC, so somehow this will turn out positively.

On average, it takes about 7.5 for a proposed amendment to clear Congress and get ratified by a sufficient amount of states.

I won’t pretend for a moment to understand what the goal of all the political theater is. But, Massie’s name is being floated around as President Trump’s next Secretary of Agriculture and Speaker Johnson regularly meets with President Trump. Can they really be this far apart on strategy? Or, are they both playing a role?

I think the Awakening has already happened and the DS is scrambling to keep us from realizing it. I talked to someone I thought would never leave the Democrat party and was floored to learn they had become part of MAGA.

And, don’t overlook the strong possibility some libtards can be in the process of waking up, but they are deathly afraid of admitting it.

That’s funny! Every time some lefty is crowing about President Trump making a mistake I think about the scene in the Bourne Supremacy where Nicky Parsons says:

“They don't make mistakes. They don't do random. There's always an objective. Always a target.”

The same is true of President Trump.

I agree. That’s why I’m very skeptical of the 14 Republicans who voted with the Dems to kill the CR with the Save Act attached to it. I hate out of control spending too, but the only real solution to cut spending is safeguarding elections.

If they safeguard elections, then MAGA will win those elections. Only with a controlling MAGA majority will we ever see spending reduced. A CR that expired next March that had the Save Act attached to it was a reasonable gamble to take. I believe the 14 Republicans who blocked it are being very shortsighted.

President Trump endorsed the CR with the Save Act attached to it. Then, 14 Republicans voted with the Dems to block it.

Speaker Johnson meets regularly with President Trump. I’m betting none of those 14 who voted against the CR with the Save Act are meeting with POTUS.

I generally trust no one, but I’m thinking Johnson isn’t the bad guy in this scenario.

I was at Hahn from ‘84 to ‘88, went TDY to Bitburg and Spangdahlem a couple times. I loved my time in the Air Force, I especially miss the camaraderie, even after all these years.

Thanks, I didn’t know that. I was thinking that after that big Bronx rally the DS definitely doesn’t want President Trump rallying in supposedly deep blue states.

And, they definitely don’t want a scenario where Harris and the Dems have to divert funds and resources to a place where they supposedly have a lock on it.

I think this was meant to maim and kill any New Yorker who dares to show how large MAGA is in this supposedly Dem stronghold. And, the larger goal, as always, is to incite MAGA to violence so the Biden-Harris Administration have an excuse to orchestrate a crackdown.

The only place to go is the court of public opinion. The 2020 stolen election underscores that only through a Great Awakening will we take our country back.

It won’t be through the courts, or either House of Congress, or even the State Legislatures reviewing evidence. It will only come through waking up such a massive majority that the DS can’t rig elections anymore.

President Trump quietly said 75% of the country is MAGA. Not surprisingly the media glossed over that.

The French Left are either good actors or complete idiots. Even though they aligned with Macron to block the Conservative RA from winning control of parliament, Macron was never going to reward them with control of the Government.

Hopefully, the next two years of dysfunction wake up more than enough French voters so nothing will block the France First party from winning clear control.

One of the things that picks me up when I’m discouraged is going back and reading, or watching President Kennedy’s speeches. His speech about the state of the space race given at Rice University in 1962 perfectly captures the spirit and potential of the United States and its people.

I firmly believe the best is yet to come and we will revive that spirit he describes. Let me leave you with one of my favorite lines from that speech:
