I think the other nations are alreading "heeling" to Trump, as well! (term used in training a dog)

before the election, a longtime "friend" said he was afraid of Trump being hitler and starting the prison camps/holocaust again...i told him he "couldn't possibly be MORE WRONG about that, unless he is a crooked/treasonous politician, a violent illegal, or a filthy pedo"...that stopped the conversation right there...

living in rural areas present certain issues re: water, well pump goes out, water freeze, etc...my house only has one toilet, so i decided to get a portable potty like campers would use, self-contained, fresh water flush, and a 5gal holding tank...no more hauling water to flush! and can empty it right into my septic tank when full! just a thought...

Zerowater has been very dependable for me...amazon has the inexpensive water containers, and the 5-stage filters take out ALL total dissolved solids...my rural area well has lotsa nasty pollutants, and zerowater brand has been great...the filters are around $10 each, and will last a while, depending on your quality of water...i hafta use about one filter each week, but that's still better than hauling in distilled water...

as small business owners can tell you, the employees would be paid right out of the owner's pockets, with no income/production for that day...all national holidays hit hard on the business owners...giving their employees an extra hour for lunch, or start hour late, or extra hour off early would be much better idea, so the whole day isn't lost for productivity, imo...before the dems started playing their dirty tricks, the polls used to be open from 7am to 7pm, and you just needed to be in the line at the closing time, with an official LEO or other official standing in to mark the end of the line until each voter was done, at least in TX, that's how it used to be...

betcha not many people know what a mimeograph is, or what the fluid smells like...i rather enjoyed it, lol...as a clerk-typist in the early '70's, the worst part about mimeograph was that you could only get a certain number of copies, as i recall, then had to re-type the document to run on the mimeograph again...and no way to correct a typing error, either!

ditto, and some of us older folks just can't run, so we will stand and deliver if we are threatened, of course with the appropriate warning to back off or they will be laying in a pile of their own guts...we already know we are considered "soft targets" by these piss-ants...being from Texas, "come and take it" isn't just a state motto...

when i was a kid ('50s and '60's) seeing what was in the N-M Christmas catalog was fun, just to see how the rich folks lived...one year the N-M most special gift was a pair of Shar-Pei dogs! we couldn't afford anything in there, of course, except maybe the honey apricots...surprised N-M has survived this long!... just for grins, looked up the N-M apricots...$110 for a tin of about a dozen glazed apricots!! HARD NOPE!

I am on well water, and started using filtering pitchers from Zerowater brand, amazon...pitchers are cheap, filters about $10 each...i was shocked to find out what the TDS (total dissolved solids) number was for my area, very high...a tds meter comes with the product...now i even give my house pets this zerowater, and it cleared up their urinary issues...been using for about 3 years...even use it in my coffeemaker, and anything else i drink...amazing difference in taste!

i must be missing something here, in this grand gesture...the entire house is up for election every two years, so these current house members have absolutely nothing to do with the new congress, that will be sworn in around the first of 2024...please correct me if i am wrong on this...

since DC isn't part of the USA, just put a huge stockade fence around it, "deport" the illegals to DC, plenty of soon to be former govt bldgs empty to house them in, and start the sort/return process...just a pre-coffee thought...

wondering how many people recall how a pregnancy test was performed, in the days leading up to RvW...was called "rabbit test", and the rabbit always died, because it had to be cut open to detect something in their system, or not...but the rabbit always died...i have explained this concept to SO MANY younger people, that we no longer need RvW, as today's pregnancy tests are almost immediate, and a woman has 5 weeks before heartbeat, to decide if she wants to keep her baby... would love to shut down abortion clinics totally, because not needed since the recent DNC was handing out "day after pills" i heard...

all in for "consumption tax" so everyone pays...and i'm also in favor of higher sales tax assessed on high-end luxury items, like a huge sailboat, large diamond jewelry, private airplanes, etc, that most people can't afford anyway...

is anybody else reacting to the idea of "being governed"??? we are voting for people to REPRESENT us, not GOVERN over us, aren't we? the very words of "our democracy" are like nails on a chalkboard to me...Representative Republic!! (ok, rant over...think i will dustmop my floors now, lol)

agree with all comments/suggestions...would like to add one: i use peppermint oil in spray bottle, about 1oz peppermint oil to about 12 oz water...i have used this in my car, around house door areas, other places, to keep out mice, snakes, bugs and other critters...best to spray areas where your pets cannot come into direct contact, and don't need much spray at all so you don't "gas yourself"...

very interesting you mention that "power move" handshake...i've noticed it as well, and sometimes Trump turns his hand underneath whoever he is shaking hands with, to lure them in with a "one down" position, then probably grips the shit out of that hand he's allowing to be on top...so glad somebody else sees these handshake power moves...pure Genius Trump...NEVER BET AGAINST TRUMP!

this might sound strange, but if concerned about your food supply, add some honey, raw/unfiltered only...it keeps forever, can be used topically to help heal a wound on people and animals...more important though, has many other uses internally, treat gastric disorders and digestion, high anti-oxidant levels, high energy level and help with sleep while repairing your internal organs overnight...and tastes good too...

Silver looking good right now...just bought in on some of their "sales" meaning have reduced premiums, from jmbullion.com, (not advertising for them, just sharing some info)...and if you're first time buyer with them, they have a special 10x1gm silver for NO premium, if you look for it...agree with your lead/brass idea also! if you're really tight budget, bulk beans and rice to use or barter...Praying for peace and soft landing for all...
