Awesome. Young artists are what I call "at risk" because they often have a hard time fitting in. I don't want graffiti all over my city, but this support will likely have a huge positive impact on this kids entire life. Kudos to this mayor.

I was born in the 60's and I got the original MMR vaccine and still got measles & mumps. My whole family got the hepatitis vaccine, and we all got hepatitis. My mom got it so bad that she almost died.
With that track record, I'm super happy that I didn't have to take the polio vaccine.
