After the democratic convention is over and the ballots have been printed, they can admit that he's cognitively incapable and then they can choose anyone that the party wants. Anyone who votes for Biden, will be considered a vote for whoever the replacement candidate is. It's my understanding that the republican party has similar rules. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens, but pulling the old switcheroo really wouldn't be that difficult.

I hate to be THAT guy, but this could be staged. Notice that the drone filming him zooms in at the exact moment he talks on his radio, or flosses his teeth, or whatever he's doing, and the zooms back out when he's done.

Also, he curls up in a semi fetal position on his side before the drone blows up but after the smoke clears, he's flat on his belly with his legs spread.
