I think there's a lot of room for optimism on several levels.
- This was a grand experiment. As such it would've made sense to have some placebos included. If your health has been unaffected that's great news!
- Various degrees of potency on the shots. Some weren't kept in the best conditions (temp etc) and may have reduced efficacy due to that.
- Individual differences. Some people were CLEARLY majorly affected by these shots. Others much less. Still others seemingly not at all. Your own body may make the difference.
Stay positive!
I know plenty of people still boosting! But also a fair number who took the first round and say they are "so over this" now and declined further shots.
My brother just saw a random auto accident in view of his house! Truck went off the road mid-morning apropos of nothing. He said later it looked like the guy was already dead as they pulled him from the truck.

Some DO talk about their health issues with complete lack of awareness. Had a friend who's neighbor's husband came down with sudden blood clot issues in his leg. (early 50s) It was being managed, but then the problem worsened to the point where he was rushed to a regional hospital for a leg amputation!
She said something along the lines of "He must've gotten ASYMPTOMATIC COVID! I don't know how that happened because we're ALL VACCINATED."
Complete lack of awareness as to what was really going on.
I can certainly understand how difficult this has been for him. But you know what, he's a Man On A Mission. And I admire him for how hard he's fought this fight, in spite of the personal consequences.
He's saving people. Not as many as he would wish. But so many are informed, encouraged, confirmed by what he has done.

Also Trump had no way of knowing it was safe because there wasn't time to do adequate testing. NO ONE had that knowledge, not Fauci, not the W.H.O., not the F.D.A., not the Pharmas.
