Well said, Bedminster. You are to be commended for an astute, concise post. Thanks again.

You think the 100 million people who voted for Trump are just going to sit idly by? Probably, because the true believers know that Trump is toying with the deep state and that the Patriots are in control. However, you don't poke a hornet's nest and then just sit back and think you can comfortably drink a cup of tea. Right now the patriots are making sure their pantries are stocked, their ammo is dry and we're locked and loaded. Bring it, you sick, demonic child-sacrificing motherfuckers. Enough is enough.

Thank you, I was just about to ask the very same question.

Keep this shit up and the next thing you're going to hear are the hooves of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Well, he's in New York, not Florida, so there's that.

Jesu Criste, a 34" waist? I haven't had a waist size that small since I was in the Navy, lol. Well, I'll just park my fat 44" waist here in my chair and watch Trump destroy the fuck out of them.

Something is not setting right here. Trump set a trap. They fell for it. There is way, way, way more to this but it is hard to discern that with the initial level of shock at such an event. Waiting patiently......

Borodin: "Do you think they will let me live in Montana?" Ramius: "I would think they would let you live wherever you want." Borodin: "Then I would like to live in Montana. I will marry a round American woman and raise rabbits, and she will cook them for me. And, I think I will have a pickup truck, or perhaps even...a recreational vehicle. I will drive from state to state...do they let you do that?" Ramius: "Yes." Borodin: "No papers?" Ramius: "No papers, state to state." Borodin: "Good. In winter I will live in Arizona. Actually, I think I will need two wives." Ramius: "At least."

One of the greatest movies of all time. Blue Ray edition is awesome with the right home theater system. Could watch it over and over again and learn something new each time. Highly recommended for those who haven't seen it yet.

I think there is a lot more to this story than people are willing to admit.

Just had active shooter training at school this week [before students came back]. One of the older deputies running the training talked about Sandy Hook, i.e. how many shots were fired, etc. I sat there and listened to him and wondered if he had ever heard about the conspiracies regarding that incident, the laughing parent, people standing around, etc. Didn't have a chance to talk to him about it but as I was looking around, I saw many teachers who bought that story hook, line and sinker and they looked like the type who wouldn't know how to ask questions if their lives depended on it.

Glad I built up a good classic rock collection from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Nothing like cranking some Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple and Skynyrd to clean out the 'ol sinuses ๐Ÿ˜‰

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I recently bought a JX home gym and have decided to get back down to my boxing weight. I miss the rush of getting a good workout and hitting the heavy bag. I think one way to get rid of the tension. Boxers can tell you about "being in the zone."

I am concerned that the tension level, as high as it is, will cause someone to snap and do something stupid and start assassinating public figures or planting bombs or the like. I have not seen this level of seething anger in this country, ever. I am not trying to sound like an alarmist, but public discourse and courtesy are gone. Trust in institutions is gone. Lying is rampant and now dismissed sleight of hand. I could compile a list a mile long. The last time I felt like this was when I was on the Eisenhower in the Mediterranean in the mid-80's, and we were moving nuclear warheads up from the magazine to load them on F-14's. Nobody was fucking around then, I guarantee it. Everyone knew what they had to do but were ready to jump right out of their skin. These days I look around and I see people differently. Being awake is great, but I'll tell you what, it also means you see things you hadn't seen before and now wish you had never seen, period.

True, there's always a new and fresh perspective in the comments section.

We watch out for our elderly neighbor who lost her husband a couple of years ago. Great old gal but she is getting on in age. Always enjoy speaking with her, she's a wealth of information, and funny too. I consider it an honor.

I have never seen a Brinks truck or a UHaul following a hearse. You can't take it with you.
