High volume printers have bins and hoppers to handle volume. A continuous form printer's paper is about 4 feet tall. Kind of hard to miss, and you wouldn't want one rolling over you. I am not seeing any of that.
You need to run thousands of sheets, and get the best quality, you go with a print and mail company. This company prints posters.

Technically correct. The IMB 4 state barcode does contain the zip+4 code for the address. It also tells a bit about the mailing source as well, depending on the barcode. You could even tell if the code on the barcode is for tracking purposes.
The reason why, is because you can tell via the post office if the mailing failed to be delivered, because they will send postal information via API. So, now you have a number of ballots that didn't deliver, which is based on the "voter rolls".
And there is where to look for the illegal mailed-in ballots.

I have witnessed about 4 shadow type things so far. One was a demon that thought I was stupid or something and tried to possess me. It shot out of me leaving a trail of black smoke as it left. (If you want to torture a demon, just say 'Jesus' or 'yeshua' over and over and nothing else.) Another was in the astral realm and kind of resembled spider monkeys, but cleaned up like dust bunnies.
The most disturbing (as I didn't count ghosts), is that I found what appeared to be psychic parasites. They look like earthworms coming out of part of someone's body. I'd pull on it (to someone it looks like I am just pulling in the air) and then I'd get this reaction from the person I was pulling it from, as they physically felt me removing something. The base of it has this lifeform type bulb about the size of a small head of garlic, and it dies once it is pulled.
I rarely meditate. The strongest connections come by just relaxing and maybe even a nice cigar. Go outside and let go of everything. Just be in the moment. Do nothing. Listen for the thoughts that aren't yours and get rid of them or give those thoughts something better to do.
