I have no sympathy for the people who's applications were rejected because they failed to completely fill out the application. What did they expect would happen?
Now where the state database is inaccurate or incomplete, I would hope there's some way to appeal a denial and get it worked out.

Of course they did. They can't hide behind OSHA anymore. Any private employer forcing vaccination is now liable for any harmful effects. Not to mention employers inquiring about health status of employees violates HIPAA.
