as someone who is no expert but as someone somewhat familiar with demonic activity, i can tell you a few things.

Im making a lot of assumptions so please dont take anything personally.

1. Satan is not omniscient so its unlikely hes messing with you.

2. More likely, his followers (unclean spirits/demons) or maybe just one of them are.

3. can say 100% that for any humans "changed by God" (aka born again/saved or whatever) these things cannot influence you from the inside (meaning you cant be possessed, controlled, or mentally influenced as Christs spirit has been entwined with yours which is why your spirit becomes "a new creature")

3b. A lot of Christians dont understand they are not saved. I thought i was for most of my life but it only happened to me like 5-6 years ago. You will know when God changes you. But you dont know it unless it happens to you. Some people, like me, thought you just needed to say some magic words. Also, i didnt know right away but God had outright proven it to me and i was able to see it after a period of time

3c. Getting back to evil spirits ... they can provoke you or anyone externally. Can they make you physically sick? I dont know?...
