I don't usually do this kind of thing. In fact, this is legitimately the first time I've EVER asked anyone outside of my immediate family to pray for me (as in JUST myself) specifically, but the Lord put this in my mind and laid it on my heart, so here I am.
As of late, I've been struggling greatly. The devil has been assaulting me nonstop. That's the only way I can think of to describe it. Nonstop thoughts trying to seed doubts, fears, worries, anxiety, etc. almost entirely on topics and subjects that are out of my control and normal people don't worry about on a daily basis 24/7, in an almost obsessive manner to the point that, I've legitimately vomited in my mouth and been sick to my stomach more than once. Its almost like I'm being forced into a existential crisis daily for a couple of weeks now where I have no peace, nothing I normally enjoy or do for fun brings me any kind of happiness. The only time I have any kind of "peace" so to speak, is when I'm doing something mind numbing where I'm not thinking AT ALL. I've prayed together with my family twice now, and it DOES subside and go away, but the Lord's laid this on my heart to ask you guys to pray for me too.
So I'd appreciate anyone who can take a moment to just pray a quick prayer of peace and protection from the devil's machinations and attacks against me. Thank you to anyone who does so.
EDIT: I should also ask for prayers for my family too so that this stuff doesn't start happening to them as either. Thank you for that as well.
EDIT 2: Woke up this morning and saw I had nearly 80 comments and 154 likes. Read through everything and, I just wanna thank you all. I already thanked the Lord for helping me to feel better, since I do. But thank you all as well for praying for me and my family.

Well, with a 150+ I'd say Jesus is here for all of us facing this stuff. Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing all of us and doing what's best for us. For guiding us and leading us so that your will may be done in our lives. For helping us when we're down and out and picking us back up. For giving us peace, your heavenly peace, and relief from the assaults of the evil one and his minions. In the Holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Savior, we pray and ask for all of this Father.

This is a prayer I use for peace of mind when I am feeling anxious or afraid. I also add. I plead by the blood of Jesus Christ to heal my mind and relieve my fears. I acknowledge Jesus Christ as my savior.
Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust your Love God, and know that you will heal this stress. Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.

Good advice. Many things in life we have no control over at all. The key is in letting those things go and trust that God has it - no matter the outcome. There will be justice in the world. That is guaranteed. But it may not come in this lifetime - but it will come. We do the best with what we have been given and of which we can impact. The rest, is trusting that God has a plan and ultimately it will turn to good even when we don't see it at the moment.

(Speaking from personal experience with something similar.) Have you spoken to your pastor about this? If what's happening has a diabolical element, this would be your best source of support and assistance in the prayer battle. :-)

My first thought too! Diabolical oppression. I had it from, I believe, my mother's occult dabbling. I called it the committee. Constant intrusive negative thoughts. Its gone thanks to my real relationship with Jesus. He sent it away. But I had to give up first and accept His help. 🙏✝️
Yep. Similar for me. Not from occult stuff, but from some other heavy-duty family brokenness. A priest prayed over me and anointed me....and "poof" ...the intrusive thoughts were gone.

At times when the collective stress levels increase, like now, it is important to not allow negativity to take root and dwell. You are not alone and there are many that are feeling the same way. The whole world is in a state of heightened anxiety about the future that is continuously being fed by the crazy unhinged media that thrives on sensational and negative news. It helps ratings. But that negative energy is also contagious. Turn it off for a bit and press in to God so you can actually clear your mind rather than staying in a downward spiral.
Challenging times are often allowed by the Almighty to bring us closer to Him in relationship because in the end, He is the only one we can truly trust to have our best interests in His heart. Turn all that anxiety over to Him - but you have to be willing to actually give it to Him and not hang on to it - even if by a fingernail. That requires a humble strength of spirit that is honed by situations just like this. As you said, much of that anxiety is over things you have no control of - especially others. Deal with things in which your actions do matter, and give the rest to him. Learn to be able to tell the difference.
Happiness is temporal and fleeting. Those that seek it will usually always be left wanting in the end. Contentment, no matter our situation, is what must be sought after. That only comes through trust in God and quiet reflection rather than distraction.
Nothing escapes His purview or is separate from His ultimate control. Give up control of the uncontrollable. If there is no intervention that you can do on your part, give it to God. If there is something you can reasonably do, than do it. Sometimes simply helping others can pull us out of our self focused negativity and can break the cycle. Possibly look for ways to meaningfully help another in which there is nothing in it for you other than perhaps a thank you. But even if there is no thank you, you are still satisfied by simply doing the right thing which is reward enough in itself.

I think I’m experiencing the same thing.. trying not to think too much because I started feeling anxious.. when we feel nervous we build up acid in our gut and it can cause sickness.. I always have to repeat Bible verses and it helps calm me down tremendously. You should try it… we have to face the music head on regardless and whatever doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.. Let’s all pray for one another. God protect and bless you always.

The battleground is in our mind/thoughts and that’s why Paul speaks about the full Armor of God. Eph. 6:10-18. Every part of the armor is Christ Himself. Put on Christ, He is your armor defensively and offensively. 3x our posture should be to stand our ground. Your only offensive part is the sword of the spirit...the Word of God. Jesus fought satan in the desert with “it is written.”

Praying for you, and everyone else who’s chimed in here, as we all need it. I try to mentally put all my cares concerns etc into a basket, and hand it over, asking Jesus to handle it and in turn just have me pray and do and think what he wants me to focus on. Do need to keep doing this but it gets faster and more automatic with time. That said, I still forget sometimes

I would like to introduce you to Sarah Young, a Christian author. She wrote the book Jesus Calling. I was introduced to it on a Trump podcast. It's better than any daily horoscope.

Decently well, probably not like I should, but better than most. This has been an on and off thing since new years but here in the past couple of weeks its really turned up for me to the point of being near unbearable some days.
Work, Wife's brain surgery and the kids kidney transplant was stressing me out, ended up with an ulcer, went to a doctor that put me on small dose (20ml) of Prozac, also bought a sleep apnea machine off craigslist. I'm a big guy 250 lbs but it was exactly what I needed to focus on Work, Family and my hobbies ended up with lots of hobbies. Life is too good to waste.
Doctors are at work in your life. Praise be the science of healing. Good to hear you are about it. Keep taking care.

But I learned to Let Go, Let God. My mother always said that.
When I was young, it seemed trite, but I'm in my 60s now. 30 years ago, as I held her hand as she was dying, she looked out the window and said "Okay." Very calm. Then she said to me, "Let go." I did. She passed calmly after MUCH suffering.
HERE's the crutch - I know without a doubt that my Mother was welcomed into a new life, and her faith in Christ was 1000%

as someone who is no expert but as someone somewhat familiar with demonic activity, i can tell you a few things.
Im making a lot of assumptions so please dont take anything personally.
Satan is not omniscient so its unlikely hes messing with you.
More likely, his followers (unclean spirits/demons) or maybe just one of them are.
can say 100% that for any humans "changed by God" (aka born again/saved or whatever) these things cannot influence you from the inside (meaning you cant be possessed, controlled, or mentally influenced as Christs spirit has been entwined with yours which is why your spirit becomes "a new creature")
3b. A lot of Christians dont understand they are not saved. I thought i was for most of my life but it only happened to me like 5-6 years ago. You will know when God changes you. But you dont know it unless it happens to you. Some people, like me, thought you just needed to say some magic words. Also, i didnt know right away but God had outright proven it to me and i was able to see it after a period of time
3c. Getting back to evil spirits ... they can provoke you or anyone externally. Can they make you physically sick? I dont know?...
In the united states demons usually stay covert to build the lie that there is no satan. However in africa demons are well known, they screw with many people openly as a method of control; because satan has stategic geographocal goals.
These things could have appeared due to an openee doorway. I dont know alll the ways it can happen, but i know a ouiji board was purpose designed to communicate with demons (there is no such thing as ghosts, you die and its straight to judgement). Also a doorway can be as simple as touching someone if an egredgous sin is invoved at the time.
Im not sure what they are doing to you but that sounds like you need to find out if they are just hanging out in the area or your house because they can prefer certain locations.
I will ask a precher i know what he makes of this as he is legit the smartest person i know regarding the Bible as he takee every possible context into account (original greek, ancient cultures, word definitions at the time books were written, cross referencing a bunch of Bible versions from adjacent verses and chapters) to uncover intended meanings.
