Have you ever used DMSO in a mouthwash solution? I often have irritated gums despite regular oral hygiene. Any recommendations, tips or advice?

I want to start using DMSO orally to help my gum health. What is the best way to take apply it? I figure just swishing but not sure if it should be diluted, etc.
