I did, in fact, experience a chill. I had to imagine the names being Dopey, Sneezy, Grumpy, Bashful, Dancer and Blitzen to get over it.

This inspired me to make this meme.

I've got a drawer full of them (like 6), and every time they send me a new one it gets tossed in there with the rest.

Just recently one of my neighbors was over and was pondering the unopened box on my counter and I told him it was just another smart phone. He asked if he could have it, and I was drunk so I just said, "sure....(shirrrr)....take it."

Since then I've seen him down in the community room playing with it, but I still haven't pointed out yet that someday somebody might come looking for me and run right into him.

Or someday all his tracking data will be used against me. Either way, it'll be a crazy story.

When I did a Google search on just that name, it came up with all sorts of varied things:

Are you sure it's not your Google results that have been compromised? Remember, the sites with the most number of links on other sites that lead to it usually rank higher on the results page. Yours seems to only show one wikipedia entry (which was also included in my own search results).

You know, you make a good point. I had set my LinkedIn profile "custom pronouns" to Big/Stud, but I just deleted them, because it's better just to not indulge that madness at all.

I didn't see them mention it in the article, but for all you nerdy types, I found this great tool for doing keyword searches on all the documents without having to download them all!

It's a little hard to figure out, but once you get the hang of it, you can quickly search through all the documents at once instead of having to go through each one at time.

Edit:

1. Press the 'scan' button and then it'll say "PDFs (102)"

2. in the search bar, enter the word to search for--this searches for words in the document TITLES.

3. The list will shrink to the number of files containing that keyword (in the title)

4. Select any document(s) in the left box and they'll show up in the right box. These are the docs you want to search

5. In the search box below that, enter the keyword(s) you want to search for (in the FILE) and then press 'Search'

6. Your list of documents satisfying your criteria will then be displayed.

I just watched the whole thing twice. That was pretty great.

You might be right, even though I think I'm just too used to it all being propaganda (even stuff that seems to "agree" with me) and to be viewed as entertainment only, because the minute you fall for one scam, that's when your whole worldview is disregarded because you've proven your gullibility.

Is that sad? Absolutely. But here we are.

Look at them poor saps on reddit, falling for video game footage. You think anybody takes their opinions on any 'current events' seriously outside of their circle-jerk crowd after that?

Instead of just constantly shutting her down every time she opens her mouth, wouldn't it be beneficial to let her spew out whatever nonsense she's been coached to say so that you can get an accurate representation of the misrepresentation? Seems like.

The only thing I learned from this whole video is that guy seems to hate the sound of her voice. That's all. When if he would have just let her go on for 3-5 minutes he could have tied the whole thing up in a nice self-incriminating tangleweb.

That's also what makes me suspect videos like this are about theater, not justice, because those people are way smarter than me, and definitely know what they're doing and saying.
