I just don't buy it that their technology is that good. If it was, Texas would've been wiped out first. Oil, Gas, Land, and Electoral Votes.

This is something that some good lawyers need to examine. The people have to apply for the $750. Someone needs to look at that application and all of the Ts & Cs to make sure those people aren't signing away their land. Sure they would probably get it back if they were tricked, but it would be in court for a long time. The land would likely be poisoned and uninhabitable from the lithium runoff by then.

No. Authority for Eminent Domain is in the 5th Amendment.

Chevron deference was just so congresspeople didn't have to get their hands dirty making all sorts of regulations.

As for having a real need - you mean something like "the govt needs that Lithium and the sands for the silicon chips because China and Taiwan cornered the market and we will be at war soon"? The govt has used it for all sorts of things. The City of Dallas TX used it to build the death star where the cowboys allegedly play football.

That's the problem - many of them did...

That was the Chevron Deference. It has nothing to do with eminent domain though. If the government wants ("needs") your land they can take it after paying a "fair price".

Gee - I wonder what a fair price would be for land devastated by floods and riddled with fallen trees, debris, and dead bodies?

I still say Fox News should have been prosecuted for election interference (perhaps they still can be?). How many seniors stayed home after FNC "called" AZ for Trump? The polls were still open and people were still voting. They wouldn't even have an accurate count.

FNC ABSOLUTELY interfered - knowingly.

the Speaker leaves the chair but the mace remains on the table.

I suggest they replace that kind of mace with a different kind. Better yet - bear spray.

Yeah - BETA would be the correct format for him.

Someone should ask the Telegram poster this - if this video is supposed to be the Mossad bldg, why were you allowed to get that close to video? That place would have a massive perimeter of IDF and Police, and another group would be looking for any papers, USB or Crypto keys, or anything else that were blown out from the blast. Do you think anyone would get that close to the CIA (or even have video) if it were blown up?

Did they ask about weed or other drug use? I'd say that would be the next question to try to show possession of a gun and drug use.

I think some of you are close. I believe they are trying to figure out how many people are likely to have firearms in their homes. Ex-military are very likely to have firearms. Probably more likely than currently serving military because they are not allowed on many (if not most) bases unless kept in an armory. It includes both dorms and base housing.

For a while, doctors would actually come right out and ask if there were any firearms in the home but people got PISSED at their prying and nosiness. This is probably another shot at that.

Consider this. If the feds impound your car they could access this info. Maybe they want your movements, maybe they want to use whatever smart tech in the Ford to open some doors in your house. If you don't have a garage but do have a smart lock they could use that. They could also turn off/on lights before a raid. Maybe they will even be able to access the device remotely (like a smart meter)...

They may not simply be able to use your phone if they can't get into it, but tech in a car could have the same functions - likely without strong encryption. It will also be a boon for burglars.

They're probably putting in an Alexa or Google device, or creating a sort of a competitor device but made for cars.

I don't think Ford cares to listen, but they want that money from the govt, insurance agencies, law enforcement, and nosey states like CA.

If I had to guess, it is of course coordinated. However, I think it was actually started by the DS (including Obama) themselves. I think it is entirely possible the ILA was told to strike on 10/1 with the promise that they would be paid by organizations on the left, and that they should ask for impossibly high wage increases (knowing they would be on strike for an extended time period). The DS probably told them that they would absolutely get a massive raise eventually if they stay out long enough.

In return, the DS gets to shut things down again. It may not happen right away, but when grocery stores start running out of food, drugs, and necessities (diapers, toiletries, etc) people will start rioting and stealing. Cars will eventually start breaking down without the parts needed to fix them. Hospitals could be effected by a lack of medical supplies coming in from China. It doesn't even need to last that long - just long enough for them to interfere with the election.

Hopefully we the autists, anons, pedes - and Trump - have opened enough eyes to show who is responsible for this. Remember - Biden can stop this immediately (for 80 days) to force negotiations. He wont though - that would push this out past the election and Christmas shopping season.

Under the federal Taft-Hartley Act, presidents can intervene in labor disputes that threaten national security or safety by imposing an 80-day cooling-off period of sorts. During that time, workers have to show up and do their job.

I hope JD wears clip-on earrings that look like they have tampons dangling from them. He can troll both Tampon Tim and Kamala at the same time. Maybe he can say something like "oh those - not they aren't tampons. They are antenna..."

Huh. I just learned that the Boise State volleyball court is not blue (like their football field turf).

I wonder if it could have anything to do with the longshoremen strike coming up? Maybe some of the more evil union members decided to scare truckers away from that inland port (and maybe others) so their strike will hurt even more. If stuff isn't coming into the sea ports to make it to the trucks, then the trucks will have to shift supplies from various parts of the country. Back and forth. That could hurt their strike.

Just a wild thought, but it wouldn't be the first time labor unions have done stuff like this.

I did one of the shedding protocols for 1.5 years because my wife didn't listen and got the shot. I stopped the protocol (NAC, Curcumin, Bromelin? - the pineapple-smelling pill -) when I started to get dizzy. Turns out my once extremely high blood pressure was very low. I stopped the protocol and my BP medicine and went in to see my doc after 2 weeks. BP was perfect after many years. He was astonished. I think he is taking the same thing now. Incredible. I'm certain it cleaned out my arteries.
