Yup, too many supplements without food or plenty of water is a bad time for sure.
Zinc (picolinate is best) works best with D3, K2 (MK-7 is best) and Magnesium (glycinate is best). They all need each other in order to work and help keep things in balance and direct things where to go. You only need 50mg of zinc a day technically otherwise it'll be bad times eventually like the other comments say if you actually absorb enough of it.
