I grew up near Vicki Polin's neighborhood and was sort of obsessed with this story way back when. Here she is on Oprah, at the time incognito and calling herself "Rachel"

I suspected that she might be connected to this family who once lived in Skokie Illinois because she said she was mentioned on Oprah that her mother Leah Polin was on the "Human Rights commission" in their town. Skokie is the only town that has one that I could find. Here is the obituary of Stanton Polin:

I knew her family disowned her for calling them devil worshippers (LOL), and there was a huge gap in the age of the adult children listed in the father's obituary so I figured they left her out.

Watched it on 2x. I give the guy a lot of credit. For those who don't have the time to watch the video, which was probably cathartic from him but longer than it needs to be for the viewer, he gave up a lot of money and prestige to follow his conscience which was telling him that he was doing more harm than good by performing spine surgery on people, because that just treats the symptom but not the cause.
