Keep in mind, there are many on the dark side who eagerly joined the forces of evil however, there are some who were innocent, that were threatened with violence against themselves and families. Others who were blackmailed with things like placing child porn on computers. Some who were drugged and placed in rooms with young children and photographed.

I read somewhere that Obama may have pardoned many within his administration, so establishing new crimes to take down many of the deepstate tentacles may have become a necessity.

To me the black and blonde hair does not blend well. Using the link you provided, look at the hair near Obama's nose. There is a single blonde hair coming out of her black hair that looks out of place. The boat picture shows a blonde patch on right side of her head that is not in the WH pic. The boat pic does not show blonde tips on her hair.
There are no other photos of this girl with blonde tips on the web, I searched, her name is Savita Ng. If you trying to debunk the photo shop pic, why not show Savita and her mother with the blonde tipped hair?
Again, look at the WH pic you provided, look at the border of her head against the wall on her right, your left. There seems to be a couple lines where the face could have been superimposed. Those blonde tips could have been added to make the blonde hair on Obamas face look appropriate.
The only photo of blonde tipped hair of Savita is with Obama sniffing her. If you can find a photo of Savita with blonde tipped hair, please provide the link.
