I just watched The Diplomat season 2 episode 6 and wondered if it was foreshadowing.
Noticed some comms'y stuff in that show as well, refresh my memory on that episode, what did you notice?

10:10 is considered a visually pleasing position of the watch hands. You see it photographed all the time. I'll go so far as to say that you'll probably find 10:10 more than all the other possible times combined.
