I was glad to see Farage was at Mar a Lago for the watch party. That was the leader the UK deserved (and still does). Hope you all get your day in the sun real soon!

Goose, meet gander.

That or I was thinking Secretary of Homeland Security. Which would put her over both the border and election integrity (I think)

This made me think of Chevron Deference as well--a prelude perhaps?

Basically the same principle--with the Chevron Deference, departments in the executive branch basically get any powers not explicitly denied to them by their authorizing acts or the Constitution (ideally anyway). Without Chevron Deference though, they only get the powers explicitly given to them by Congress.

It's the one I got in June 2021. (Against my better judgment, but I caved to social pressure. Absolutely no "boosters" though. When they told those who got J&J to get Moderna/Pfizer boosters, that was especially sus)

I really hope this is either fake or a fluke. (Or I got the saline shot, which I doubt)

Fun fact: Leonard Nimoy (aka Spock) did a documentary episode in 1978 about the coming global cooling ice age.

To be fair, that's the way federalism should work, but doesn't due to the commerce clause. If it worked the way this judge thinks it should, then the federal government shouldn't be suing Idaho, just as one of many examples, for banning feticide in the state. But they are. They can't have it both ways: either all states renounce their sovereignty to the federal government (as it is now), or they can govern themselves.

At the Southern Border?

I press X to doubt. We don't even check if they're on the terror watch list, much less their vax status.

Kern, Tulare, and Kings Counties, and the northern counties making up the State of Jefferson would like a word.

Beautiful places ruined by the wokists elected by the limousine liberals and don't know-nuffins that populate the SF Bay Area and LA.

Well I've been saying for months, why do Brandon and his cronies keep saying that they need a bill to enforce the law at the border? They're telling CBP, TSA, etc. to not enforce the law, and demanding money from Congress, allegedly to be used to enforce the law (which of course it won't).

(We know why, of course; they're misleading Joe Ignoramus who thinks the money printer has to go brrr in order to stop millions of unknowns from all over the world from walking, running, climbing, stampeding their way through our Southern border, like it was ever that way prior to 2021).

That was my first thought. Arkancide in some form

And I read that he became a Born Again Christian sometime between when Friday came out (1995) and when Next Friday was made (2000), which is why he turned down reprising his role.

Hopefully that's true.

But noted America-hater and WNBA star Brittany Griner blatantly violates Russian law, and they immediately jump on that case, trading an arms dealer for her? And they have the nerve to bloviate about "respecting countries' sovereignty" while claiming she was held unjustly, for violating that sovereign country's laws?

What an injustice.

Source article from the Daily Mail

Stories like this give me hope that my home state of New Mexico isn't entirely gone. I recently went on a long road trip, entering New Mexico on I-10 from Texas, and returning on I-40 from Arizona, and both times I saw these smug, sanctimonious abortion tourism billboards and it just made me sick.

3.5 years too late on that one. She locked NM down even harder than Cuomo, Whitmer, and Newsom did their states, and just like with Whitmer had to start having the Health Secretary sign the "health" emergency orders because the courts took that power away from her.

Well the first thing you see stepping off a plane there is a Prop 65 warning due to cancerous air.

People in my hometown were having to drive across the state line into Texas to buy groceries because the local supermarket was shuttered, due to Queen Michelle’s diktats. You always hear about Whitmer, Newsom, Cuomo, etc. but MLG was right up there with them, if not worse.

HEY DA, how about arrest VIOLENT criminals who are destroying the peace and security of your jurisdiction?? How about doing your actual JOB?

That’s not the job of these activist, Open Society Foundation-funded prosecutors. Alvin Bragg, Chesa Boudin, George Gascon, Kim Foxx, Kim Gardner, the list goes on. Their job is to ensure continued societal destabilization by rewarding the guilty and punishing the innocent.

I’ve always heard that was the end goal. He wants it to be the “everything app”, our answer to China’s WeChat and South Korea’s Kakao. First heard that from Adam Curry on the No Agenda show.
