I work in big tech. Remote acceptance with COVID allowed me to move to a red state. Requiring people to come in to office to a liberal city is a full proof way of making sure rural, conservative tech workers aren't at the table.

I make close to a million a year in tech. My work told me in July 2021 I will likely need to get the vaxx or gtfo. I told them bye and moved out of state. I called their bluff, they kept me.
