These organisations are largely charitable with good people involved, the corrupt elements control the organisations. Same goes for most of our infrastructure, good people everywhere doing the best they can and corrupt from the top down involved in all sorts. I believe Red Cross is also involved in human trafficking, whether just laundering or more deeply involved I do not know. Well worth a dig.
