Both You Tube and just regular internet browser. However, what's interesting is that. I can't find any photos or videos of him signing as a Senator at this time. Last year, I had no problem finding those. Looks like they've done some censoring.

My mother had perfect cursive handwriting. Back in her day they used to teach it in school. I could show you her signature at 30 and compare it to her signature at 104 just before she passed and it was identical...
Same with my mom ----- just like the handwriting textbook.
My mom had Parkinsons. Her handwriting got tiny and then she could no longer write at all. Biden's movements in 2019 resembled my mom's movements.
Usually the signature gets more simple ----- Joe went from "Joe Biden" to "J. R. Biden Jr."
Indeed, both of my parents had a truly beautiful and unique hand, and it never altered no matter their age.

From the pictures and signatures i agree. But then there is the whole family going along with it?? They are mostly a*hole grifters, but if they all perpetuated this we should bring back stoning.

Did a little handwriting analysis as a hobby years ago...no expert but some things jump out of this OP image
So many features of the two signatures are the same or similar,...it just makes you wonder why an adult would so radically change his uppercase B formation from starting with a downward stroke and then LIFTING THE PEN to finish the letter...to forming it by instead starting on the baseline, stroking UPward, then continuing the figure without lifting the pen. That level of change to the formation of an adult's signature is just....weird.

I just looked at a sig I made over 40 years ago, in my twenties. It could have been signed yesterday.
There are a number of elements within the two "Biden" signatures that are alike...the J, most of the B, the formation of the lowercase letters in relation to each other and to the size of the uppercase letters.
The tittle, or dot over the i, is noticeably different; it's a prominent flying hook shape in one sig, positioned above the subsequent letter d; and nearly absent in the other. That's odd because people (usually) tend to make those marks more or less consistently from one sig to another. Again not conclusive of anything, just worthy of note IMHO.
All of which is to say nothing of switching between "Joe Biden" and "J.R. Biden Jr." Adults typically tend to settle on one style long before their 70th birthday. ;p

People change a lot as they get into later years. Signatures can remain the same. I'm going through that, myself.
Biden's change was drastic, and immediate. No one, I repeat no one, has surgery to make themselves look like that. He was a normal looking man until he surfaced for the 2020 run.

As has been pointed out by others here, that sort of thing can result from minor face uplifts. And it can even be a bone of contention from the outset, as there is no sharp demarcation between being "conneced" and "unconnected." (I just now looked at myself in the mirror. All it would take would be for a small amount of fat to go away from my earlobe for it to look "connected." The lobe itself is fatty tissue, not cartilage. It is the cartilage that has persistent shape.)

Sure, it's "just a stutter"...
If one hand is impaired, by pain or stiffness, you have to switch to the other hand. It is not that hard to do. My father was essentially ambidextrous. On an experiment, I taught myself to write legibly in about a week with my left hand. So, yeah. Poor mimicry of the right hand letter shapes, though.
Some things change, evolve or degenerate, but some things remain the same. The shape of the "B" you'll notice is very different. It isn't a hand getting weaker, it is made an entirely different way. I think signatures are more likely to degrade rather that change in the way this one has.

Was everyone in DC aware of it, including Trump but nobody said anything? I know many on this board felt the "President" was an imposter and pointed to things like the ears being different. But, for that switch to happen it must have been planned to a very high degree. Usually when a Senator dies it's news, often flags are flown at half staff. So even if it occurred like no name's death, a double isn't going to just step up with wife in tow without a lot of planning. And who, would agree to do that, especially at that age? Impersonating an elected senator then elected to the presidency under a scam election if found out would be a crime that must carry a hefty sentence. So who devised and carried it out?
