the medical community is a different organization than most. I would think similar to being in the armed services. the amount of school requires 24/7 dedication for years. the stress is on leels most could never imagine. throw dealing with life and death families losing loved ones. they have too console eachother in the hardest of times. small community they depend on eachother through hard times.
