No one can truly know Trump's intentions, or anyone else's for that matter, so to act as though no one should ever be called out for anything if fucking stupid. Whether we like it or not, if there is no President Trump, there is no MAGA. We can shout from the rooftops we are still here, but we will not be heard. Yes, we might upend a few primary races here and there, but the power we have today will be lost.
It will be lost because most of the Republican politicians waiting in the wings want our votes, but don’t really want us and what we stand for. And, if they can knock President Trump out in the 2024 primaries they are counting on many of us withdrawing from the political process. All so they can retreat to the pre-Trump status quo.
Having said all that, these polls are crap. They are meant to make hardcore MAGA people downtrodden and Republican fence sitters believe maybe it is time to move on. They are also designed to entice Republicans to run against him in the primaries. Okay If we knew the truth, Trump is in a much better position than these polls suggest.
One of the biggest lessons we need everyone to totally understand is to really think for themselves. If the pieces of the puzzle don't fit, don't believe it, ask questions. Stop listening to so called experts and authority figures. Research the milgram experiment.
I don't believe in blind trust of anyone, but if people would LISTEN to what the man actually says it seems pretty obvious that he is confirming the theory that has been tossed around here for many months. In the most recent interview about the vaccine he says warp speeding the vaccine saved lives [and] he was against lockdowns and never endorsed mandates. Says these three things almost in a single sentence. He shifts to the no lockdowns almost in direct response to the questions about why he continues to endorse the vax. Next to Tippy Top, it is the most transparent "veiled" message imaginable. We were right about why he keeps endorsing. And by continuing to pretend he is pro-vax, he is trapping the enemy in his favorite way - any move they make is a lose.
I dont think lobbying for him to change his public stance on an issue counts as "throwing him under the bus". If we believe the vaccines are dangerous it is only natural we'd want our leader's public stance to align with ours. And he has no reason to change his public stance if we're not clamoring for it, so we might as well make some noise
