Agree; our judicial system slow at best. On the other hand, Trump admin has four years and they already have a good start. Returning power to the people is, by nature, a slow and arduous task especially when one considered a great many of them have been brainwashed.
IMO; Massie's opposition to the CR is reasonable as it's based on a Deficit Democrat budget. On the other hand; believe Trump needs time to deal with execution of the plan and not to be hampered by a shut down. In addition, the next budget cycle will be a MAGA budget with all the DOGE poo-poo taken out.
Yes, but in obscure ways. Elimination of income tax puts money in the pocket but since people don't see those funds now, due to withholding, it will be a more pleasant surprise. There may be direct payments as DOGE/Musk has suggested. Then there are the funds held by those who have conspired against us illicitly which are forfeit per Trump's EO; reparations for the ripped off?
There will also be a change in the workforce both positive and negative due to layoffs and staff reductions as well as technology innovations and reduction of energy costs. The workplace will be more competitive; those with initiative and skills will prosper. One of these skills includes the ability to adapt to change, the only constant.
When the vast amount graft and corruption is ultimately returned to the people, or not taken from them, prosperity will abound. Pray for and support our elected representatives who have chosen to represent and not rule; they go in harms way.
Unfortunately we are at war and there is always collateral damage. Getting fired, as many know, is not an ending but rather ,a new beginning. Those with a good work record, common sense and a positive attitude will come out OK. Change is the only constant.
That's a number one!
