When the polio vaccine was distributed, they changed the definition of polio and (surprise) cases dropped drastically.
Polio is spread through fecal matter, so countries with modern sanitation don’t really have cause for concern.

Vaccine courts are kangaroo courts. If I remember correctly, there was a case that did prove vaccines caused their child’s autism, but they had to prove it in a roundabout way. It was something like “the vaccine caused brain damage and autism-like symptoms.”
Health outcomes are also much worse.

I don’t have a problem with it.
He is right. It is an amazing accomplishment that many people said could not be done—and he pulled it off.
That being said, I personally will never take it. But anyone who wants one is welcome to do so. I would strongly discourage it until we have more rigorous safety trials, but it’s ultimate their decision.
President Trump has also never tried to make vaccines mandatory, which is my largest issue.
And all civilized countries on the planet have for decades implemented successfully a socialist single payer healthcare system, by far the most efficient means to implement healthcare, including Canada, Finland, Japan, Denmark, The Netherlands, France, Iceland, Spain, Singapore, New Zealand, Germany, Australia, Italy, Sweden, Portugal and Norway.
Not only is it not efficient, it’s worse in every single way.
Outcomes are worse. Waiting times are longer. And people in those countries pay outrageous tax rates. It’s not “free” when the government takes money out of every paycheck, whether you need it or not.
The medicine they do have is mostly created in America, and these programs couldn’t survive without American aid.
