I like this type of structural strategic thinking.

We see all these things in retrospect for previous white hat moves, but trying to understand present moves and motives is really hard, you have to stick your neck out a bit.

Yeah, I see what you mean about the trolley problem. I've been thinking about that aspect recently. There maybe only bad choices and worse choices for the white hats to choose from sometimes and we need to appreciate that.
