Interesting idea. I think the tax rate would need to be higher. If implemented, a process of changing real property title from Fee Simple to Allodial would need to be considered and I doubt the corruptocrats would allow it. I am always cynical of top down funding for obvious reasons.
It’s funny how the pro-vax deem us as fearful because we won’t get vaccinated. The same argument is used in the gun debate; that I arm myself out of fear. Their stance reveals a total lack of self awareness. My decisions are based on my confidence in my competence. I believe this issue of self-confidence is the critical distinction in the divide we see today in society.
No idea. But anecdotally, I’d expect white/black Americans to save considerably less than other-Americans. In general, other-Americans bear cultural pressure to save/invest money instead of spending it.
