Understood its the law, but what is the intent of the law. There is no reasonable justification that every voter could not have a “receipt” of their ballot for the purpose of future verification. It doesn’t have to be a cell phone pic, could be an official scanner that instantly emails you a copy. No need to to dissect the logistics at this time, but the concept is a viable solution as a safeguard measure.
