Mine did as well today. But there using a third party service called CareVaildate. We have the choice to either get the vax are take 2 test a week. And if we still are not vaxed by 12/1. We have to pay $50 more a month on our insurance “to offset the medical cost of covid”. All bullshit.
It’s a hard fight. I’ve been fighting it. But it’s hard. My company (Altice USA) just announced that we have till 11/1 to get vaccinated or take 2 test a week. They will supply the test. Oh thanks. And if we are still not vaxed by 12/1. They are going to start charging us $50 more a month on our insurance.
