Although I agree with this, it needs to be used judiciously. I mean, the people in my parent's neighborhood decided they didn't like them. They are conservative, the rest of the 'hood seems to be Liberal. My Dad put up "Don't tread on me" flags, the neighbors didn't like it and tried to get them to take it down. After that, everything was a problem. The neighbors waged war on them because of their political views.

They antagonized them, they complained to authorities, they did everything they could until my parents sold their house. They were pushing 80, they didn't need this crap.
So I guess what I'm saying is, we can all agree to wage war on Bill Gates, however people use things like this to wage war for the dumbest reasons.

My parents ended up moving all the way across the country from their family and grandkids. Their choice, they could have moved somewhere else in this state, however they chose to move across the country where we see them now maybe once a year. At our expense, mind you. They moved that far away to be in the "free state of Florida" because they just wanted to get away from our red turned purple turned dark blue state.

Anyhow, waging war sounds good when it's people who really need it, but people use it as a weapon against people they just disagree with, don't like, or just feel like picking on.

In regards to Home Depot, is their CEO the one that made the decision.. both the first one and the last? Do they now know that was the wrong decision? Do they apologize to parents and students for supporting such trash, and what are they doing to make it right? Sadly we are in the middle of a big project and rely on Home Depot. There is really nowhere else to go around here. What a monopoly they have, and I have no idea how they did it or what can be done to break the monopoly. I have moved on to the part of my life where I am raising and homeschooling kids, which doesn't leave much time to do the darn reporters job for them.

I watched a video on c-span because it was 13 minutes and wasn't just the 1:26 of RFK coming onto stage. I could not find another video of him not only entering the stage, but also talking. C-span was the only video I could find without having to wade through the whole rally. the video was awful... like, 1990 pixilated. I watched anyhow because I wanted to see it, and can't find it anywhere else. Rumble wouldn't even play for me (the whole rally).

I am in some neurodivergent groups, and have some autism myself that I didn't realize until this year. I am married to a true ADHD man. I thought everyone had the quirks I have, but it was not talked about! Anyhow, it seems people with poor boundaries and people who are super sensitive snowflakes, very left wing people, are claiming autism and ADHD. When in reality, they have poor boundaries and they are super sensitive. So voting on this one issue can run you into trouble as the snowflakes take over the neurodiverse world, thinking their feelings make them neurodiverse.

Well suddenly Biden is out of the news, and it seems like harris is stealing all his "wins" of the presidency. I was listening to something on the top of the hour news on Patriot, and the guy said something about "Harris' policy on..." and it was, in fact, Biden's. They have shut him out of the rest of his residency. I'm sure it was a coup, and I am interested in seeing how it all goes down. I may watch the DNC for the first time in my life!

I wish I could give you more than one upvote for this also. I used to think I could do everything a man could do!!! Then I started working in a gym. I was a strong woman, lifting heavy weights... however I could barely take the weights off the bars of what some of these men were lifting and it was part of my job to do that! I often asked big men in the gym to do it for me, which they graciously did. I have realized also, while doing construction with my husband, I cannot do it. I just can't. He can go for hours lifting heavy things and moving things... I still lift weights, he doesn't, and he can still outfit and outlast me. It's biology for sure.

So we may be going to London in November on a work trip. I am really, really worried about everything going on there, PLUS it'll be around the time of the US elections. If it were up to me, we would NOT go. Is it really unsafe all around London, or is this just in a remote part of the UK?

We went to a county fair yesterday and commented how there were a million sheriffs and police there. I haven't seen more anywhere else though. Kinda wish I would!!! I had 4 separate cars going over 100 mph pass me on the highway yesterday going home. Not a cop in sight. One of them almost caused an accident by getting into the middle lane while someone else was already moving there. I would love to see more cops on the roads.
