No. Grow up like Will Hunting. Take personal responsibility for actions instead of blaming someone, lashing out, acting tricked instead of lazy. How you like them apples?
I do that all the time on forms.
So long as the name you sign starts off with the correct letters, nobody reads after that.
If your name is Richard Elbert... then sign Roger Ebert, or Rick Eelheart.
If it's not your name, not your signature, then it's NOT a contract. It doesn't matter if you signed the form, if you didn't sign your correct name then it's not a contract or permission.
Its more about the illegal coercion. You cannot be forced unib to a contract. If they require a signature to do what is your constitional right to do then it's not a valid contract. Your consent can not be forced or it's not consent.
I've signed lengthy medical procedure contracts that were presented to me just before the procedure, then wrote after my name "but I don't understand what I just signed." Let them defend themselves against that if challenged.
@Space_Monkey Stop by my site at Porcfest! Let me know when you get this too! OK?? I don't do apps on my phone, sorry & don't have it on that much either at pf
Yes, this. The lawyers who write these contracts and the medical providers who ask you to sign them must know that the general public doesn't completely understand the content of the contract. Legally, I don't see how their contracts are valid.
There's a lot of gray area... from my perspective anyway.
For instance, What court is the venue?
Are you REALLY a "U.S. Citizen" ??? Because that's a whole legal status in and of itself that essentially says, you're a corporation (your STRAWMAN) that resides in Washington DC (zip codes anyone?) and the maritime Admiralty kangaroo court "port" assumes you are "lost at sea" and a ward of the state...
Signing that document most likely falls under the premise of "compelled performance", just like a driver's license etc.
So from a "law of the land/common law" perspective, it's bunk. But from their horseshittin circus court system, all your base are belong to them...
I'll offer this to you, fren - in consolation: None of us are here for very long. Discover your eternal nature by communion with the Christ, by dwelling in the temple built without human hands. In God's Light, all of this stuff is completely meaningless and insignificant... and consumed in the fire of the everlasting flame. The kingdom of God is within you...go there. You'll reach a higher state of "F it".
Always give yourself an out... this legalese shit can seem heavy.
No. No it can’t. You signed the document, and it is the act of signing that seals the deal, not what is written. You could even argue that trying to do what H2O said to do is fraud. Absolutely do not trust their advice here.
The real trick is to sign but reserve your common law rights by adding "without prejudice" or "UD" (under duress) or "VC" (vi coactus - latin for "having been forced") next to your signature. It's a legal notation that indicates the signer's unwilling participation in the contract.
How do they prove you signed the document? Unless they have video (which they probably do) of you signing it, it would seem that the "beyond reasonable doubt" would apply (there is plenty of reasonable doubt that a signature that does not match your normal signature is not you)
I've wondered this myself. I don't know the answer, but I do know that evil corporate and government lawyers spend countless hours figuring out ways to screw us, and they are better at their game than we are, so I just always presume that they have ways of exposing me if I lie. Best policy is to always be honest.
Not a lawyer. However, if you submit incorrect information, such as signing the wrong name on a legal document, it can render the entire contract invalid or liability waiver unenforceable.
I most cases, it's also not illegal. If someone hands me a document to quickly read and sign, especially liability waiver forms or permission forms, then I quickly read it and sign any name or phrase I want. It's not my signature. You asked me to read it and sign, so I did.
You cannot do that on some government forms that require legal verification of identity under penalty of law. If they require your photo ID, drivers license or passport first to verify its really you... then signing the document with a false name often is illegal.
However, if I'm going into an event or an activity that requires waiving legal liability and you didn't check my photo ID first, or even do the most basic checks to verify my real identity before requesting that I sign... then you get an illegitimate contract. Signed, Vincent van Gogh. Enforce that in court. 😀
I would like to add that everyone should also read the agreement you are forced to sign for medical treatment and many hosptials and clinics. When you check in a flick the stylus past the digital screen to sign in. You can ask to have those electronic forms printed before you agree to sign. I recommend it.
Last time I read the fine print, it was somewhat similar. Things that caught my attention were agreeing to be recorded audibly and visually, and sharing all personal data with the Intelligence Community, you know, for my health and safety.
LOL. And these people have paid extra for giving up their privacy.
I have refused to go through their machines every time I take a plane somewhere which isn’t often these days. I had their pat downs instead but insisted on having them done publicly. When asked why I I wouldn’t go through their scanner I said there were two reasons: I don’t trust their machine isn’t harmful and secondly it’s my only way to protest the invasion of my privacy. If everyone did the same thing at the airports and refused to go through their machines it would create chaos and they’d have to rectify the situation.
Now I don’t want to go through bc I have already been exposed to too much radiation in the past two years from all the cat scans and X-rays I’ve had from a fall that required major back surgery
I usually yell loudly "OPT OUT!!!" since those faggots usually yell it loudly trying to embarrass, so I call them at their own fucking game and make them come do it.
Fuck those faggots ass scam machines that the head of the TSA made BANK on selling to airports.
Somehow all the mid-flight vaxx deaths of pilots over-rode the convenience of flying. Like the line from an very old tv show, " I want to travel the way God intended. In an automobile!"
I used to get the pat downs. Now I just don't fly. Road trips are fun, and I don't have to worry about airport crowds, luggage check, making sure I don't have a pocket knife on me, getting a ride to/from the airport, catching connecting flights, I can carry as much as I want, take as much time as I want, visit cool hole in the wall places along the way, and it's a lot less stressful. I would only fly if I could skip TSA and get a private charter jet, and I'm not that rich.
This is all out of context. I just renewed my global entry and I read all of the fine print. There is no waiver of anything! Yes, there are background checks done to verify that you are who you say you are, but you’re not waving your right and giving up all personal information! If anyone believes differently, then show me the proof. We are better than this stop taking things out of context and believing it just because it’s on GAW, my job already requires me to have background checks so there’s nothing additional the government has on me than they already had from me doing my job
Not my problem. I don't fly. I love airplanes but I'd never fly in them. Cramped, dirty, loud, and only ever heard bad things from family members who fly.
The TSA needs to be ABOLISHED 100%. It's not a duty delegated to the feds to do. That is a state duty. The TSA and Patriot Act was just edging 1984 NWO and seeing if anyone would notice.
YEAH, I'M THINKING WE NOTICED. AND I'M THINKING WE'VE HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS ILLEGAL STUFF!
If people believe in this idea then privacy is dead and you might as well go everywhere naked, leave your front door unlocked, your window shutters open, and show everyone you know your bank statements. Just because there is surveillance doesn't mean it can't be guarded against or your data protected. Spend some time studying digital privacy and information security. It's well worth it.
This is what I'm thinking. You have a computer, a phone and are posting on great awakening, they already know who you are and have all your information anyhow.
If you can't read a contract before signing a contract, you might not be responsible enough to be signing a contract if you're going to blame someone else for your own short-coming in the situation if you agreed to something in the contract you didn't like in the contract by signing the contract you chose not to read. Pretty simple stuff if you ask me.
It's natural for people to want to blame someone else for something that is their own fault.
It's not the media's responsibility to read and report on every last contract given to Americans. The root problem here is laziness. Literally nothing else. We are going to have to agree to disagree on this if you think the media needs to effectively babysit society to protect society.
You think contracts are evil and should be banned, punishable by death?...Since we're making things up from thin air. You really should familiarize yourself with this.
This conversation is now off topic and unproductive. I'm disengaging. Have a blessed day!
Many of us have been aware of hidden evils in contracts forever, and some of us in the community, as well as normies who are just beginning to wake up to the evil realities in our world, are learning this info. If you did sign up for precheck a few decades ago, or whenever, try searching yourself on their current website (tsaprecheck.gov), which is now powered by CLEAR. If they say that there is no KTN known traveler number associated with that info, then you should be in the "clear." Just try to keep yourself out of government records from now on, kids, though let us all face reality too--you know they violate your rights and privacy left and right all day, everyday, and the concept of "they have it all" does not apply only to bad guys but to all people. No point in hate-bashing or having regerts of the past--you knew what you knew then, you know what you know now. Live and learn. Forgive others, forgive yourself. Hold the violators of your rights accountable, and learn to protect your rights as much as possible. Hopefully the WH will fix everything and truly protect our rights and the future rights of all generations, but we cannot allow anyone to take an inch either--that is how America and the world got in this mess in the first place. To quote one of my favorite movies, we all need to get together and say, "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore!" And not just say it, but live it.
Also, just FYI, seems like there are two different programs: CLEAR (which scans fingerprints/eyes) and TSA precheck. Military members are already enrolled in TSA precheck automatically. Looks like the TSA precheck thing only lasts for 5 years if you paid for it; not sure about the CLEAR database, which sounds like it is more of a private entity, though I am unsure how it works and do not have the time to research it more, nor the need to do so. This topic is very interesting, though, and I hope that public awareness of violation of rights in fine print contracts become a huge topic in the near future. Next, do informed consent in regards to HIPAA, medications, mRNA therapy, etc., etc., the list is too long.
I have often thought that a target for a lawsuit, not that I am the suing type, is the small unreadable warnings that are placed on certain products, or medications. The type warnings that are in a font that is hopelessly unreadable without a good magnifying glass. After all, a warning that cannot be read is the same as no warning at all.
Yep. After the Storm, if it ever comes, we need to get rid of all this shit and have less oversight, less police, less government and be left the fuck alone. These fucking red light cameras also need to go away.
In NY, they now have cameras on interstates to AUTOMATICALLY issue speeding tickets. I always stick to no more than 5mph over the posted speed, so I don't think I will be subject to those, but I guess they could technically issue a speeding ticket to anyone going any amount over the limit.

it is almost as if there is a mischaracterization of what enforcing the law is about.
I thought it was agreed on. They have a problem with police and will march over it. Law abiders dont have that problem.
The REAL warning in the title should be, STOP SIGNING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS (WITH THE GOVERNMENT) BEFORE READING THEM IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
Ummmm so basically live in a van down by the river?
RIP Chris Farley.
No. Grow up like Will Hunting. Take personal responsibility for actions instead of blaming someone, lashing out, acting tricked instead of lazy. How you like them apples?
RIP Robin Williams
Go to Harvard. Cry about being molested. Bond with an older man.
Funny I don't remember signing a contract for Extortion...ooopps I meant taxes
Okay but no one said you did and that has literally nothing to do with this topic. js
Your first filing with the IRS...W-2 & 1040/1099.
Tricky bastards.
Just DON'T SIGN YOUR OWN NAME.
This is not true. Any mark you make can be interpreted as your signature, regardless of what you write.
Correct.
Even an X... OR a O... like Kate Hikes
Shoeless Joe Jackson enters the chat..
Those damned baseball spikes...
Its more about the illegal coercion. You cannot be forced unib to a contract. If they require a signature to do what is your constitional right to do then it's not a valid contract. Your consent can not be forced or it's not consent.
I sign my dog's name to some things. If anyone comes asking questions, they can talk to the dog.
"Not available. In a meeting at the moment."
Yeah... good luck with that when you do it for real on the screen in front of agent sheboon or get a TWIC card because you need it for work.
I've signed lengthy medical procedure contracts that were presented to me just before the procedure, then wrote after my name "but I don't understand what I just signed." Let them defend themselves against that if challenged.
Technically a valid contract must be a meeting of the minds, so if you don't understand ("stand under") the contract, it should not be enforceable.
Med forms have fine print referring to giving blanket authority to them for injections
Can this actually stand up in court though?
There's a lot of gray area... from my perspective anyway.
For instance, What court is the venue?

Correct. You could draw a picture of a rainy day or sign it Adolf Hitler. Still your signature.

Thanks anon
Not a lawyer. However, if you submit incorrect information, such as signing the wrong name on a legal document, it can render the entire contract invalid or liability waiver unenforceable.

This is terrible advice.
Remarkably terrible advice. What he’s encouraging is fraud, and depending on what name you write, it could arguably be called identity theft.
complains about the govt overreach
then complains about citizen fraud of that system
pick one
I didn't complain about citizen fraud of anything, I rightfully pointed out that following this advice can easily get you thrown in a cell.
Tell the truth
Put words in my mouth
Pick one
misspelling your signature will not get you thrown in a cell.
tell the truth
You may write on tje contract ""I do not understand" the meaning is much deeper than not comprehending.
Abolish the TSA
The whole Patriot Act while you're in there.
As if the government has needed a waver to servile its citizens for a long time.
I would like to add that everyone should also read the agreement you are forced to sign for medical treatment and many hosptials and clinics. To late now. Did the TSA Pre-Check thing nearly 20 years ago.
Real ID had some similar things going on.
LOL. And these people have paid extra for giving up their privacy.

I usually yell loudly "OPT OUT!!!" since those faggots usually yell it loudly trying to embarrass, so I call them at their own fucking game and make them come do it.
Fuck those faggots ass scam machines that the head of the TSA made BANK on selling to airports.
Fucking scam.
No I don't fly either.
Somehow all the mid-flight vaxx deaths of pilots over-rode the convenience of flying. Like the line from an very old tv show, " I want to travel the way God intended. In an automobile!"
Thats my solution. Saved thousands saw lots more and actually enjoyed myself.
I used to get the pat downs. Now I just don't fly. I never said who cares, but lets not be oblivious to what's going on out there.
If people believe in this idea then privacy is dead and you might as well go everywhere naked, leave your front door unlocked, your window shutters open, and show everyone you know your bank statements. Wow.
It would have been nice if the press warned people about that. FFS.
They're warned before they sign. It is their own fault for not reading the contract they signed.
I remember when the press would investigate things and warn people about things like this.
People and the press, were much more diligent...
If you can't read a contract before signing a contract, you might not be responsible enough to be signing a contract if you're going to blame someone else for your own short-coming in the situation if you agreed to something in the contract you didn't like in the contract by signing the contract you chose not to read. I didn't sign such crap.
But I still remember, the old days when the press would have reported this shit, now they are in the tank for the deep state 100%.
Nothing is reported anymore, just non- stop programing.
It's not the media's responsibility to read and report on every last contract given to Americans. The root problem here is laziness. Literally nothing else. We are going to have to agree to disagree on this if you think the media needs to effectively babysit society to protect society.

You have no problem with the media being in the tank for the deep state?

Still your signature
I like where they share the details
I would love to the the TSA completely dismantled. Prayers up!

Why would anyone sign ANYTHING without reading it first?! Especially something like THAT?!
You'd be surprised. I'm guilty of doing stupid things like this too.
Even every single app or website, their TOS are terrible. It is a minefield out there
I guaranfuckingTEE you you e signed thousands of eulas and shit you didn't read.
You would be spending hours a day reading if you actually read everything you clicked agree to

I quit flying the day they implemented TSA. Never thought the public would let them go on this long.
Just keep telling yourself it was to catch terrorists.
Can this be rescinded?
Been following Krisanne Hall for years. She is a Rock Star!
How about we just get rid of the entire government and start over at the beginning with a tiny little government that we can treat like a bonsai tree.
Crane kick.
If do right...no can defend.

Beat me to it! BONSAI!
What this guy said!
Get rid of the 1986 vaccine law
Make Vaccine Liability Great Again!!
Ohio Had that..till they caught all the politicians taking bribes to vote for it
Yep. It's 1000000% a pure money grab and nothing else.
grabs the money of law breakers
Insanity. It all has to go away. This whole Police State nonsense.
NJ had those cameras at nearly every intersection. We finally got rid of them for now.
In my opinion, you have to actually catch me doing something wrong to cite me with a ticket, not depend on your digital nanny.
yes! the streets are too safe! more people need to feel free to do as they please on the roads families travel on. And when something awful happens, people can go to their local tribal warlord for redress. This is smart.
When's the protest?
it is almost as if there is a mischaracterization of what enforcing the law is about. I thought it was agreed on. They have a problem with police and will march over it. Law abiders dont have that problem.
"If you're not doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about"
"Go ahead scrape my data. I have nothing to hide. My life is boring."
Etc.
All this and more.
