The REAL warning in the title should be, STOP SIGNING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS (WITH THE GOVERNMENT) BEFORE READING THEM IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

Just DON'T SIGN YOUR OWN NAME.

I do that all the time on forms.
So long as the name you sign starts off with the correct letters, nobody reads after that.

If your name is Richard Elbert... then sign Roger Ebert, or Rick Eelheart.
If it's not your name, not your signature, then it's NOT a contract. It doesn't matter if you signed the form, if you didn't sign your correct name then it's not a contract or permission.

Its more about the illegal coercion. You cannot be forced unib to a contract. If they require a signature to do what is your constitional right to do then it's not a valid contract. Your consent can not be forced or it's not consent.

I've signed lengthy medical procedure contracts that were presented to me just before the procedure, then wrote after my name "but I don't understand what I just signed." Let them defend themselves against that if challenged.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Space_Monkey 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

Technically a valid contract must be a meeting of the minds, so if you don't understand ("stand under") the contract, it should not be enforceable.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– sleepersawake17 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

Yes, this. The lawyers who write these contracts and the medical providers who ask you to sign them must know that the general public doesn't completely understand the content of the contract. Legally, I don't see how their contracts are valid.

Can this actually stand up in court though?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 11 ▼
– TaQo 11 points 1 year ago +11 / -0

There's a lot of gray area... from my perspective anyway.

For instance, What court is the venue?

Are you REALLY a "U.S. Citizen" ??? Because that's a whole legal status in and of itself that essentially says, you're a corporation (your STRAWMAN) that resides in Washington DC (zip codes anyone?) and the maritime Admiralty kangaroo court "port" assumes you are "lost at sea" and a ward of the state...

Signing that document most likely falls under the premise of "compelled performance", just like a driver's license etc.

So from a "law of the land/common law" perspective, it's bunk. But from their horseshittin circus court system, all your base are belong to them...

I'll offer this to you, fren - in consolation: None of us are here for very long. Discover your eternal nature by communion with the Christ, by dwelling in the temple built without human hands. In God's Light, all of this stuff is completely meaningless and insignificant... and consumed in the fire of the everlasting flame. The kingdom of God is within you...go there. You'll reach a higher state of "F it".

Always give yourself an out... this legalese shit can seem heavy.

Also: War Castles

– NowTheyAllLose 6 points 1 year ago +6 / -0

No. No it can’t. You signed the document, and it is the act of signing that seals the deal, not what is written. You could even argue that trying to do what H2O said to do is fraud. Absolutely do not trust their advice here.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Space_Monkey 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

The real trick is to sign but reserve your common law rights by adding "without prejudice" or "UD" (under duress) or "VC" (vi coactus - latin for "having been forced") next to your signature. It's a legal notation that indicates the signer's unwilling participation in the contract.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– NowTheyAllLose 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

"common law rights" never hold up in court. Please prove me wrong.

The "real trick" is to not sign the damn contract. There is no other trick.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– PhDinNY 2 points 1 year ago +2 / -0

How do they prove you signed the document? Unless they have video (which they probably do) of you signing it, it would seem that the "beyond reasonable doubt" would apply (there is plenty of reasonable doubt that a signature that does not match your normal signature is not you)

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– NowTheyAllLose 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

I've wondered this myself. I don't know the answer, but I do know that evil corporate and government lawyers spend countless hours figuring out ways to screw us, and they are better at their game than we are, so I just always presume that they have ways of exposing me if I lie. Best policy is to always be honest.

– Retaining_H2O 5 points 1 year ago +5 / -0

Not a lawyer. However, if you submit incorrect information, such as signing the wrong name on a legal document, it can render the entire contract invalid or liability waiver unenforceable.

I most cases, it's also not illegal. If someone hands me a document to quickly read and sign, especially liability waiver forms or permission forms, then I quickly read it and sign any name or phrase I want. It's not my signature. You asked me to read it and sign, so I did.

You cannot do that on some government forms that require legal verification of identity under penalty of law. If they require your photo ID, drivers license or passport first to verify its really you... then signing the document with a false name often is illegal.

However, if I'm going into an event or an activity that requires waiving legal liability and you didn't check my photo ID first, or even do the most basic checks to verify my real identity before requesting that I sign... then you get an illegitimate contract. Signed, Vincent van Gogh. Enforce that in court. 😀

I would like to add that everyone should also read the agreement you are forced to sign for medical treatment and many hosptials and clinics. When you check in a flick the stylus past the digital screen to sign in. You can ask to have those electronic forms printed before you agree to sign. I recommend it.

Last time I read the fine print, it was somewhat similar. Things that caught my attention were agreeing to be recorded audibly and visually, and sharing all personal data with the Intelligence Community, you know, for my health and safety.

LOL. And these people have paid extra for giving up their privacy.

I have refused to go through their machines every time I take a plane somewhere which isn’t often these days. I had their pat downs instead but insisted on having them done publicly. When asked why I I wouldn’t go through their scanner I said there were two reasons: I don’t trust their machine isn’t harmful and secondly it’s my only way to protest the invasion of my privacy. If everyone did the same thing at the airports and refused to go through their machines it would create chaos and they’d have to rectify the situation.

Now I don’t want to go through bc I have already been exposed to too much radiation in the past two years from all the cat scans and X-rays I’ve had from a fall that required major back surgery

I usually yell loudly "OPT OUT!!!" since those faggots usually yell it loudly trying to embarrass, so I call them at their own fucking game and make them come do it.

Fuck those faggots ass scam machines that the head of the TSA made BANK on selling to airports.

I used to get the pat downs. Now I just don't fly. Road trips are fun, and I don't have to worry about airport crowds, luggage check, making sure I don't have a pocket knife on me, getting a ride to/from the airport, catching connecting flights, I can carry as much as I want, take as much time as I want, visit cool hole in the wall places along the way, and it's a lot less stressful. I would only fly if I could skip TSA and get a private charter jet, and I'm not that rich.

▲ 9 ▼
– txharleygirl 9 points 1 year ago +9 / -0

This is all out of context. I just renewed my global entry and I read all of the fine print. There is no waiver of anything! Yes, there are background checks done to verify that you are who you say you are, but you’re not waving your right and giving up all personal information! If anyone believes differently, then show me the proof. We are better than this stop taking things out of context and believing it just because it’s on GAW, my job already requires me to have background checks so there’s nothing additional the government has on me than they already had from me doing my job

Not my problem. I don't fly. I love airplanes but I'd never fly in them. Cramped, dirty, loud, and only ever heard bad things from family members who fly.

The TSA needs to be ABOLISHED 100%. It's not a duty delegated to the feds to do. That is a state duty. The TSA and Patriot Act was just edging 1984 NWO and seeing if anyone would notice.

YEAH, I'M THINKING WE NOTICED. AND I'M THINKING WE'VE HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS ILLEGAL STUFF!

If people believe in this idea then privacy is dead and you might as well go everywhere naked, leave your front door unlocked, your window shutters open, and show everyone you know your bank statements. Just because there is surveillance doesn't mean it can't be guarded against or your data protected. Spend some time studying digital privacy and information security. It's well worth it.

If you can't read a contract before signing a contract, you might not be responsible enough to be signing a contract if you're going to blame someone else for your own short-coming in the situation if you agreed to something in the contract you didn't like in the contract by signing the contract you chose not to read. Pretty simple stuff if you ask me.

It's natural for people to want to blame someone else for something that is their own fault.

Many of us have been aware of hidden evils in contracts forever, and some of us in the community, as well as normies who are just beginning to wake up to the evil realities in our world, are learning this info. If you did sign up for precheck a few decades ago, or whenever, try searching yourself on their current website (tsaprecheck.gov), which is now powered by CLEAR. If they say that there is no KTN known traveler number associated with that info, then you should be in the "clear." Just try to keep yourself out of government records from now on, kids, though let us all face reality too--you know they violate your rights and privacy left and right all day, everyday, and the concept of "they have it all" does not apply only to bad guys but to all people. No point in hate-bashing or having regerts of the past--you knew what you knew then, you know what you know now. Live and learn. Forgive others, forgive yourself. Hold the violators of your rights accountable, and learn to protect your rights as much as possible. Hopefully the WH will fix everything and truly protect our rights and the future rights of all generations, but we cannot allow anyone to take an inch either--that is how America and the world got in this mess in the first place. To quote one of my favorite movies, we all need to get together and say, "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore!" And not just say it, but live it.

▲ 3 ▼
– PandaMoon17 3 points 1 year ago +3 / -0

Also, just FYI, seems like there are two different programs: CLEAR (which scans fingerprints/eyes) and TSA precheck. Military members are already enrolled in TSA precheck automatically. Looks like the TSA precheck thing only lasts for 5 years if you paid for it; not sure about the CLEAR database, which sounds like it is more of a private entity, though I am unsure how it works and do not have the time to research it more, nor the need to do so. This topic is very interesting, though, and I hope that public awareness of violation of rights in fine print contracts become a huge topic in the near future. Next, do informed consent in regards to HIPAA, medications, mRNA therapy, etc., etc., the list is too long.

I have often thought that a target for a lawsuit, not that I am the suing type, is the small unreadable warnings that are placed on certain products, or medications. The type warnings that are in a font that is hopelessly unreadable without a good magnifying glass. After all, a warning that cannot be read is the same as no warning at all.

Welcome

The Great Awakening

We are researchers who deal in open-source information, reasoned argument, and dank memes. We do battle in the sphere of ideas and ideas only. We neither need nor condone the use of force in our work here. WE ARE THE PUBLIC FACE OF Q. OUR MISSION IS TO RED-PILL NORMIES.

WHY Q?

"Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first: ensuring the safety & well-being of the population shifting the narrative removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc. etc. should not be participating in discussions." Rules

Q Supporters

This is The Great Awakening. Our community is international, focused on helping ourselves and others walk away from the programming, and return our governments to "by the people, for the people!"

Follow the Law

No posts or comments that violate laws in your jurisdiction or the United States. The Feds are always watching!

No Bad Behavior!

No doxing, including revealing personal information of non-public figures, as well as addresses, phone numbers, etc. of public figures. All GAW users must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, whichever .WIN they are on. If we are notified by other moderators of incivil behavior on other .WINs, you WILL be banned here!

Civil Discussion ONLY**

They want you divided.

They want you labeled by race, religion, class, sex, etc.

Divided you are weak [no collective power].

Divided you attack each other and miss the true target [them].

No PAYtriots/No Self Promotion

Linking or promoting merchandise, fundraising, or spamming personal websites, blogs, or channels is not permitted. Do not attempt to profit from Q or advertise for those who do. Peace is the prize. We do it for free.

Questions and Concerns

All moderation questions and concerns should be submitted via modmail. DO NOT GRIEF the mods.

Expand your thinking

Remember, this .WIN is the public face of the Great Awakening, and, as a member here, you agree to represent the Great Awakening movement against Globalism, Communism and Progressive Insanity in the best, most positive way possible. NOTE: Your comments and posts may become news. Keep it classy!

This is not a 'fringe conspiracy' site: Visit https://conspiracies.win if that's your thing!

No doomers or shills

If you can't use common sense, you'll get banned without hesitation. If you're a shill, you fall under this rule. If you're a doomer, you fall under this rule as you just add garbage to the site like the other two. This includes forum sliding.

General Rules

  • Mods will issue NO warnings, followed by temporary bans and/or permanent bans. DO NOT GRIEF THE MODS.

  • Keep posts related to topics Q has raised or that are current.

  • Keep post duplication (especially from other .WINs) to a minimum.

  • HIGH EFFORT, HIGH-INFO posts only! Please respect other readers' time. Please use descriptive titles. No URLs in titles, pls. No clickbait.

  • No fame-fagging; no, "your" post did not get removed! Were you the original author?? Eyes on the prize, people!

  • Memes encouraged, but no low-quality, low-info posts.

  • Keep it honest and accurate.

  • GAW Supporters ONLY. (Sorry, the train had no brakes.)

  • Handshake noobs will be scrutinized by their Q knowledge, sincerity, and respect.

  • Remember, your conduct here represents the Q movement! OUR ENEMIES ARE WATCHING!

  • Please direct all complaints to modmail first!
