Biden isn't even in DC right now. He was supposed to be in DC for his inauguration rehearsal but he cancelled the trip. Right now he's still not inside the fence. Much smarter than Pelosi at least. Just earlier this week he says he has nothing to do with impeachment. He knows how to play neutral for the optics too.

It is not likely anyone will be sworn in on the 20th of January. The US was a republic up until 1870 but because they needed money they switched to a corporation in order to have the Rothchilds take over and create the fed. This is where everything started. Last March Trump ended that fed so he is now going back to the Republic like it was to start with. That means any president sworn in will be March 4. After Jan 20 they are releasing all the proof of data fraud and everything else and at that point the military will take over the election of the president and will advise Trump is the rightful president and he will be sworn in on March 04
