According to NPR she isn’t going to resign until the 19th. They were waiting because that was going to be the day Congress is back from recess and depending on what was to happen with the impeachment vote they wanted her for that confirmed “yay”

If they were guilty of NOTHING, they'd have nothing to fear. They know they're not legit, they know that roberts is not legit. They can not legally be sworn in (14th ammendment). It's already over for them - it really never (legally) began for them. Rumor has it the harris/biden ticket may have taken ONE state (the state of illusion, perhaps =P ?) They should get on a plane and fly to gitmo now and save the republic some time and money.

I get that we might think Roberts is shady, but how is he not “legit”? Like him or not, he is a Justice. He’s been sworn in and all...even if he’s proven to be a felon he would have to be removed, correct? Am I wrong?

The text in the tweet is not meshing with the comments she made. She said she wants a traditional, outside inauguration.
She states she’s not afraid of one. Yeah, why would you even need to say that of course you wouldn't be afraid with 30,000 troops just to protect you, right? Unless you were laying a seed of doubt to fall back on shortly.

Ya'll was just discussing with husband what theories we think could happen Wednesday. I have heard some version of this and it may be close. POTUS leaves DC Wednesday morning before inauguration, at noon instead of inauguration we get a EBS alert suspending the inauguration and the military takes control and begins to send out information regarding all of the crimes. I just don't know who runs the country at that point. We've been told POTUS will be on AF1 for the arrests but if he's not POTUS that's not possible. So I am not sure about how that goes or who runs the country. If Pelosi and all the Democrats and some Republicans are arrested who's in charge?
