I think all I see is faster approval of CCW permits, or even a CCW reciprocity. Not really ATF just yet. ATF regulates type of firearm, this EO seems to be focused on self defense ability. Allowing judges to defend themselves as well as politicos (many travel, right?). And one very recent case of a House Rep wanting to carry in the Capitol with D.C. cops now wanting to "talk to her about carrying in D.C.".
Allowing Biden to become President of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION is of NO consquence since our country, our republic, that our constitution was written for is the "united states for America". The UNITED STATES CORPORATION has no more authority to rule the people of this land than SONY CORPORATION or FORD CORPORATION. This is what Trump means by he is giving the country back to the people.
Yeah... there's quite a few edits of these videos floating around. I think the full one is a five hour video and the average person is not going to sit thru the whole thing. So I chose a short watchable version that introduces some key concepts for healthy consumption.
If you want a deeper dive. I can provide some links
I think, when this is over, that National Garden of American Heroes should be extended by one more statue, of a man who fought against all odds, for the things he believed and for the people he loved.
I’ve put this out a few times in the past decades: The Capitol, move it to different State Capitols of the continental US. A new location each year. Timing of the announcement of the new location would be debated, but this would keep the leaches and lobbyist in the dust. I haven’t fleshed it out, well because it’s a pipe dream, perhaps it’s time to take out the pipe again...
The problem is not being entrenched in the location of DC, the problem is the Bureaucracy being entrenched. Moving the capitol every year or every term would do little but cause disorderly confusion, the Bureaucracy would simply move along with it.
DC needs to be splintered into a minimum of 50 different locations, one in each state. There is no reason for the bureaucracy to be in any one location.
My point as well is that there really isn’t that much bureaucracy actually needed. What there is can be centralized as well. Make the pols move and experience the greater 48, they might develop a better understanding of the country that way.
Remember the pipe, and no, I don’t partake.
I think the Garden Of American Heroes is a great idea. However, I am disappointed that the many great Southern generals/soldiers were left out. They were as American as any one of us. They difference is that many Southerners felt the US lost it’s way regarding the Constitution. Southerners viewed themselves as Patriots as well. The Civil War narrative in academia was hijacked in the 1960’s.
That’s a fight for another day though. I am just going to enjoy the winning, winning, winning for now.
It's great not to see Hussein Obama's name, just because he was the first fraudulently elected black president, listed among the statues that will be part of the National Garden of American Heroes. Obviously President Trump wouldn't allow that to happen. Should an addendum to the EO be made stating that neither Republican or Dem can add or delete from this Garden?
Like both legislative statutes and regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review and may be overturned if the orders lack support by statute or the Constitution.
"Within 180 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the heads of other agencies, as appropriate, shall review the reports required by subsection (a) of this section and submit a report to the President assessing the security risks posed by the existing Federal UAS fleet....."
"Within 120 days of the date of this order, the head of each agency shall provide a report to the President, through the Administrator, summarizing the findings of the review."
Awesome and so needed! The average American has no clue what is illegal due to the deep state making shit up based on their own convenience!
ATF has entered the chat.

Interesting...
Seems that our President - best ever plans on sticking around for a while... Works for me BIG TIME!!!
This guy dug into this topic and wrote a book. https://toptalkedbooks.com/books/LPXhGA/three-felonies-a-day-how-the-feds-target-the-innocent
Very interesting. A EO Full of protective measures for “federal judges and prosecutors”
Including heightened measures to protect judges/prosecutors from threats to them or their family
Measures that provide them greater personnel protection, etc
The kind of protection you need when you’re prosecuting a powerful cabal
The kind of protection Scalia could have used.
On the flip side, can be used to protect shitty law enforcement and judges. They are already untouchable, so I do not see this as a great thing.

BREAK YOUR CHAINS
Jordan Maxwell .... underappreciated, but capable of delivering some red pills in a couple of minutes.
Saw a (2 part) video on youtube years ago where the actor "John Quade" spoke of many of these same principles. Edit the Maritime vid

Watching now, thank you.
Powell talks a lot about the overcriminalzation things he addresses in his EO. That's great!
agreed
So much great stuff

Let’s put him in the garden AND on Rushmore.
I'll second that motion.
Hear! Hear!
What if they got all of our statues back that blm and Antifa tried to destroy...?
I mean wasn't that part of the plan? Didn't read through all of the EO, but I'd think it would be in there somewhere.
I can’t recall but it just hit me now.
Beautiful picture isn't it....
I think the Capitol should be moved elsewhere and that all of DC be turned into the Garden of Heroes

My husband has thrown out the same idea and I think it’s a great one! Anything to keep people from getting so entrenched

Did older EOs start with
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America
or is this something new now that America corporation dissolved or military FEMA in charge?
Yup, they have all started that way. Here's his first: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-expediting-environmental-reviews-approvals-high-priority-infrastructure-projects/
There's some pure gold in these EO's. Namely, the one protecting Law Enforcement, Prsecutors, and Judges.
I'm confused...Joe said his first duty is to revoke every EO Trump has made so if Trump is leaving...why waist the time? Tip: He isn't leaving.
It was already ruled you cannot revoke all the orders. Trump couldn’t revoke all of Obama’s either.
Never stops an illegitimate criminal organization named Democrats. Rules don't apply to them that's why the stole the election.
I'm guilty of that.

Can’t all EOs just be overturned?
No because SCOTUS wouldn’t overturn DACA
Then how did Trump overturn all of Obama’s ?
Like both legislative statutes and regulations promulgated by government agencies, executive orders are subject to judicial review and may be overturned if the orders lack support by statute or the Constitution.
Not sure how to interpret that
Or in the Cali state legislature.....
Two deadlines from the most recent adds:
"Within 180 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, and the heads of other agencies, as appropriate, shall review the reports required by subsection (a) of this section and submit a report to the President assessing the security risks posed by the existing Federal UAS fleet....."
"Within 120 days of the date of this order, the head of each agency shall provide a report to the President, through the Administrator, summarizing the findings of the review."
Amazing! He better not be leaving the President. ?
