You think they would do this if they didn't have a plan? The machines got wiped months ago and it's very easy for a Biden regime to declare a bunch of stuff regarding Dominion and their machines as national security. Suddenly the discovery changes to be just the things they want people to see.

In Maricopa and I think Michigan they had military level computer analysts in the room with these machines for something like 7-12 hours to do diagnostics on them.

My theory is they will only allow certain evidence as other evidence is currently tied up in previous unheard cases. The fact they left some open and not others gives them a potential loophole, or I could see it spun as such.
Hell, I’m just curious on how Dominion is comming up with 1.3 billion in damages... as far as I know not one state that uses them has backed out of contracts with them.
Dominion must believe they can get out of showing that stuff in discovery or I would think they'd not sue, but just try to slip under the radar. The other possibility is that this is a desperation move. I can't imagine them making a lot of new sales in light of this mess. They may be trying a long shot to clear their name.

Dominion is not a U.S. company and the machines at question are used in multiple states so I am not sure whether this defamation suit is filed in multiple state courts or at the federal level; however, I would speculate it is in federal court. My reference was to who had custody of evidence. Since it was a federal election, I would assume any investigation or other evidence gathering would have been done by federal officials which would mean the evidence belonged to the investigating agency. We have just gone through a four year demonstration of the difficulty in getting information from them.
Does anyone in their right mind really think Dominion will turn over any material incriminating to them? Just like the DOJ turned over all the information which would exonerate General Flynn? Who is going to check their files and how are they going to check that all documents requested are turned over? Exactly correct, nobody! They will give you what they want and nothing more. Now because they are found to provide honest working machines, it will be suggested to have every state required to use them in future elections.
