Sorry, should have been more clear: there are good quality images of a woman a a Trump rally - I think it was the summer of 2018. Carolyn's face is quite unique. She was standing right behind POTUS - to his right. Also interesting was the placement. Good ole Vincent Fusca was also in the picture above POTUS, with a sign that mentioned "Ruby" IIRC
